Comic Book films-Black Heroes,White Wealth(Part 1 of 2)

MOTHERLAND_EW_Spread.40.fin.JPG

There’s been a lot of hype about the upcoming Black Panther film. The film is set to be released worldwide on February 16,2018. Which is convenient since February is Black History Month right?  Anyone who follows my blog knows I have mentioned I grew up reading comic books as a child.  I read a lot of DC and Marvel comic books.  I used to read Spider Man,Batman,Superman,The Hulk,X Men and The Fantastic Four. Over the years I have collected hundreds of comic books.  But I was always fascinated by the black comic book characters.  Some of my favorites were Storm,Black Lightning,Steel,Misty Knight and Luke Cage.  But my favorite was probably Black Panther. Panther first appeared in Fantastic Four issue #52 back in 1966.  That issue of Fantastic Four is selling for $400-$800 on the internet.  Although after the Panther film comes out I’m sure the price will skyrocket.  I always thought Black Panther was a cool character.  Panther’s birth name is T’Challa. T’Challa’s senses and physical attributes have been enhanced to superhuman levels by the heart-shaped herb.  T’Challa is a brilliant tactician, strategist, scientist, tracker and a master of all forms of unarmed combat whose unique hybrid fighting style incorporates acrobatics and aspects of animal mimicry. T’Challa being a royal descendent of a warrior race is also a master of armed combat, able to use a variety of weapons but prefers unarmed combat. He is a master planner who always thinks several steps ahead and will go to extreme measures to achieve his goals and protect the fictional kingdom of Wakanda.  Wakanda is not a real African country.  But it could just as well be Kenya,Nigeria,Tanzania or Ghana.  And this is one of my conerns about the film.  I have covered great African civilizations on this blog many times. Most of us know about The Mali empire as well as ancient Kemet(Egypt),Ghana and Kingdom of Kush. So why is Hollywood making films about fictional African empires when real ones exist?  Of course you know why right?

I will admit that the trailer looks really good.  The visuals are nice and it looks to be action packed.  I have watched the reaction from many black film goers on the internet.  I would say that 85% of the reaction has been positive.  And I can see why.  Talented actor Chadwick Boseman  plays the title character.  The cast has some pretty big names. The cast includes Angela Bassett,Forest Whitaker,Danai Gurira,Michael B. Jordan,Lupita Nyongo(my favorite),Daniel Kaluuya and Letitia Wright. It’s a majority black cast.  Even the director Ryan Coogler is a black man.  So is this a black film? It seems like it.  But of course the film is being made by Marvel Studios.  Marvel Studios was bought by the Walt Disney Company back in 2009 for 4.24 billion dollars. I did a post in the past about the wicked and racist Disney company.  The Disney president and CEO is a white man named Robert Iger.  So the Black Panther film is basically a Disney film with a black cast.

Black Superheroes..

Black Panther1...

I have done many posts on racist Hollywood and their negative stereotypes. Many black people are excited about this film.  And it’s because we want to see ourselves in a positive light.  We want to see ourselves looking glorious and majestic.  We want to see black people as kings and queens on the big screen. Hollywood has given the masses films about Roman empires for years.  Films like Ben Hur,Julius Caesar,Spartacus and Gladiator.  Not to mention fictional films/tv shows like Lord of The Rings and Game of Thrones.  They give us hundreds of films showing them as powerful kings and queens.  Then when they want to show African royalty…we get a fictional country??  That is white supremacy at it’s best.  The film looks good but I know how Hollywood operates.  I will be looking for any type of anti-blackness in this film.  And I’m sure there will be some type of black degradation in it.  I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some interracial love going on . Maybe they’ll slip in some lesbian/homosexual scene.  Or possibly showing African traitors in which to instill black people to not trust each other.  I could be wrong…but I doubt it.

Kingdom Kush...

Wakanda is fictional but the Kingdom of Kush was real. Don’t get me wrong,I have nothing against fictional stories.  I grew up enjoying films and television shows like Star Trek and Star Wars.  I think they can be fun and entertaining.  I just think we have to be mindful who is getting our money when we pay for these films.  Black Panther looks like it will be a big blockbuster.  And I’m glad the mostly black cast is getting paid.  But the white owned Disney/Marvel company will be getting the majority of the money. We will be giving our money right back  to racist Hollywood.  They are just doing this film to throw black people a bone! But there are many black comic book artists and writers that could use our support.  That’s what I’ll address in part two.

Lisa Bonet & Biracial Women-Black Genetics(Part 4 of 4)

ca. 1988 --- Lisa Bonet --- Image by © Lance Staedler/CORBIS OUTLINE

The first time I saw actress Lisa Bonet was on The Cosby Show.  The main stars on the show were Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad.  The other daughters were played by actresses Tempestt Bledsoe,Keisha  Knight Pulliam and Sabrina Le Beauf. But Lisa was clearly the most popular daughter. Lisa  played Denise  Huxtable. The show came on back in 1984.  I remember a lot of black boys in my neighborhood had a crush on her.  I wont lie,I thought she was pretty too.  I remember a classmate telling me that she was biracial and had a Jewish mother.  I did think it was a bit strange that she looked biracial but had two black parents.   I remember on the Cosby Show there were all different shades of black people.  I also remember she did a spinoff show called A Different World.

jasmine-guy

I remember that the character Dwayne Wayne, played by Kadeem Hardison had a huge crush on Denise Huxtable.  Eventually Lisa Bonet left the show to start a film career.  After she left Dwayne fell in love with Whitley Gilbert played by Jasmine Guy(pictured above).  The thing I noticed about these women is they are both biracial.  Why is the mixed woman the object of affection so often? I didn’t think about it much as a child.  But I started to think about it more as I got older. This is something that has been going on for quite some time.  I’ve covered this subject before and it needs repeating.  It’s not really about just Lisa Bonet. She’s just one of the first examples I remember where the mixed woman gets all the attention.  I’ve seen this pattern over thirty years.  And it’s steadily increasing.  But it’s mostly about the fact that Hollywood still uses biracial women has the standard for beautiful black women.  And also we as black people have a problem liking any group of people that look “less black”. This is a learned behavior. I’ve seen it in film, music and television. It’s really nothing new. I’ve seen it throughout my whole childhood.   You may find some of these women attractive.  But the issue is not their attractiveness. The issue is the over abundance of mixed women being in the forefront representing black beauty. There’s so many I could never list them all.  But here’s just a small sample of  some of the more popular ones.  And even some biracial women you may not be that familiar with.

sade

Long before Mariah Carey or Alicia Keys….Sade was the biracial songbird that took the music world by storm.  She was  a huge star in the 80’s.  I admit I like her music.  She really has a lovely voice.  I remember guys in my neighborhood would always say she was so beautiful. Her being biracial probably didn’t hurt too much either. They said she was wife material.  It’s funny because rarely did I hear them say that about Anita Baker,Patti LaBelle or Jody Watley very much.

rae-dawn-chong

In the 80’s biracial actress Rae Dawn Chong was the “black” actress in many Hollywood films.  Although she was mostly paired with white men.

jennifer-beals

Actress Jennifer Beals became a huge star when starred in the film Flashdance(1983).  She played an exotic dancer in the film.  Her mother is white and father is a black man.

vanity

In the action film Action Jackson(1988) the late pop singer Vanity played the love interest to Carl Weathers.  The biracial singer whose real name was Denise Matthews also dated pop/rock  icon Prince.

karyn-parsons

On the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air(1990-1996)  biracial actress Karyn Parsons played Hilary Banks.  She played the cousin of Will Smith.

MSDJUFE EC012

In the interracial drama Jungle Fever(1991) biracial actress Lonette McKee played the wife of Wesley Snipes.  He cheated on his biracial wife for an Italian woman.  I guess his wife wasn’t white enough for him.

mo-money

In the film Mo Money(1992)  Damon Wayans starred with biracial actress Stacey Dash.

halle-berry

In Boomerang(1992) Eddie Murphy was paired with biracial actress Halle Berry.  Robin Givens was also in the film but Halle was the women every guy wanted. Of course Halle was the go-to mulatto throughout the nineties. And even won an Oscar award in the process.  She became the “pretty black woman” in Hollywood.

mariah-carey

Sade ruled the 80’s but in the 90’s Mariah Carey became the mulatto singer the media feel in love with.  I remember on music channels they would say she was a beautiful black woman. Mariah used to always insist that she was biracial though. Lately she has been getting more in touch with her black side.  Maybe it was because she married black actor/rapper Nick Cannon.  They have since divorced after having two children.

sister-sister

The sitcom Sister Sister(1994-1999) was a big hit among teenage girls.  It starred biracial sisters Tia and Tamera Mowry.

mya

R&B pop singer/dancer Mya was biracial as well.  She first came on the scene back in 1998. She did a little acting in a few films.  Some thought she would be the next Janet Jackson.  I haven’t heard much from her lately.  Not sure what she’s been up to.

kristen-wilson

In the 90’s biracial actress Kristen Wilson was paired with black actors like Eddie Murphy and Damon Wayans.

Gloria Reuben....

Biracial actress Gloria Reuben was on the hit drama ER(1994-2009)  Her character always had troubling finding love.

Michael Michele.....

I also remember actress Michael Michele(above) was  on the drama ER the same time as Gloria Reuben.  She was a nice addition since there wasn’t much “color” on that show.  Of course she’s biracial as well.

carmen-ejogo

What’s the Worst That could Happen(2001) Starred Martin Lawrence and biracial actress Carmen Ejogo.  She usually plays a black woman or a racially ambiguous role.

This is a great video(above) by Youtuber Chrissie.  She perfectly explains the double standard when it comes to biracial beauty.  There’s  a lot of dishonesty when people talk about colorism and the advantage of being biracial.

kandyse-mcclure

Biracial actress Kandyse McClure is from South Africa.  She has starred in films like Children of the Corn and Broken Kingdom.  She’s most known for the sci-fi television show Battlestar Galactica(2004-2009).

Amerie...

R&B singer Amerie debuted in 2002. There was a lot of buzz about her in the beginning.  Her “exotic looks” come from her black father and Korean mother.  Her only hit single was “One Thing”.  Some thought she would dethrone Beyoncé as the next big thing.  Didn’t quite happen though.

Cassie

R&B/pop singer Cassie Ventura(knows as Cassie) on the scene in 2006.  Her father is Filipino and mother is  black/Mexican.  She has done some acting as well.  She obviously wants to be a bigger star. Although she is most known for dating music producer Puff Daddy. She has been his on/off again side piece for the last few years.

In the black drama ATL(2006) biracial actress Lauren London was the love interest to rapper/actor T.I. This film was supposed to make London the role model for all the  biracial ghetto hood chicks.  I guess she’s living up to it.  She already has two children by two gangster rappers.  One with Lil Wayne and Nipsey Hussle.

paula-patton

In the film Idlewild(2006) biracial actress Paula Patton played the love interest to rapper/actor Andre Benjamin.  Over the years she has starred alongside Denzel Washington and Tom Cruise. At one point she was dubbed the “next Halle Berry”.

thandie-newton

In the comedy film Norbit(2007) biracial actress Thandie Newton was paired with Eddie Murphy.  Norbit was a horrible film.  A total waste of film!

Leona Lewis....

I remember when pop singer Leona Lewis dropped her debut cd Spirit in 2007. The British born singer has a black father and white mother.  She made a big splash in her debut.  She has the light skin, light eyes and long hair….and could actually sing. It’s no wonder music critics called her the “new Mariah”.

noemie-lenoir

In the comedy action film Rush Hour 3(2007) mixed-raced actress Noemie Lenoir was the love interest for Chris Tucker.

jordin-sparks

Singer Jordin Sparks won the show American Idol back in 2007.  The biracial singer was seventeen at the time.  I think that show is rigged anyway…I’m just saying.  She has become quite a big star over the last several years.

tracee-ellis-ross

Biracial actress Tracee Ellis Ross stars on the silly sitcom show Black-ish(2014-).  She plays the wife of Anthony Anderson.  Her mother is music icon Diana Ross.  Her father is a Jewish businessman.

CULT

On the Fox show Gotham(2014-)  biracial actress Jessica Lucas plays Tabitha Galavan. She is not only a vicious villain buy also plays a lesbian.  You know Hollywood always has to throw in that sexual confusion.

Sage Steele....

There are even more biracial women in news media as well.  This picture(above) is ESPN sports reporter Sage Steele with her white husband.  Steele is most known for being a white racist apologist. She never misses an opportunity to insult black people and the black struggle. Does that make her a mulatto coon?

Soledad OBrien....

This is biracial news anchor Soledad O’Brien.  She’s a news anchor on CNN. Just like Sage Steele she also married a white man. Look at those children. You can see the African features are just about gone!  Kiss those black genes goodbye!  But I guess that’s purpose of marrying white anyway.

Melissa Harris Perry...

This picture(above) is of biracial news anchor Melissa Harris-Perry.  She is pictured with her mother and father.  She is an author and political commentator. She had her own show for four years(2012-2016) on MSNBC. Unlike Sage Steele and Soledad O’Brien she decided to marry a black man.

Kylie Bunbury...

On the Fox show Pitch(2016-) biracial actress Kylie Bunbury plays Ginny Baker.  It’s a show about the first woman to play major league baseball.  So…they couldn’t find a woman that was just black??  Nope!  They have to cast the biracial woman as the center of attention.

Kara Royster....

This picture was very interesting to me.  I found it very eye opening.  This is part of the cast of the Disney show K.C. Undercover(2015-present). From left to right the actresses are Zendaya Coleman,Jasmine Guy,Kara Royster and Tammy Townsend. The first three women all have white mothers.  Townsend has a white father and a black mother.  That’s right..all of these women are biracial. How is that possible that ALL of them are biracial? They casted all biracial women.  Could this be an accident? I’ll let you decide.

BTS Miss Mulatto "No More Talking" photos by Thaddaeus McAdams for SoSoDef

This young lady is rapper Miss Mulatto.  That’s not a misprint, you read it right.  Her actual rape name is Miss Mulatto.  Her real name is Alyssa Stephens.  The 18- year old rapper is most known for being on the reality show The Rap Game.  I just find it interesting that she is capitalizing off of the popularity of being racially ambiguous. And using that as a way of being seen as unique in the rap world.

Tinashe...

Then we have pop singer Tinashe. She is biracial as well with a black father and white mother. She’s an okay dancer but not the best singer.  But you don’t have to be able to sing in the music industry anymore.  You just have to have the right “look”.  Maybe Tinashe will be the next Zendaya. Or the next Jordin Sparks? On the next Mya?  Who knows! I ‘m starting to get them all mixed up.

cynthia-robinson

Biracial actress Cynthia Addai-Robinson is getting a lot of roles lately.  She has appeared in films like Colombiana and The Accountant.  And shows like Texas Rising,Arrow and Shooter.

jamie-lee-kirchner

Actress Jamie Lee Kirchner(pictured above) was born in Germany.  She has a black mother and white father. She has been in shows like  CSI,Dollhouse and Bull.  Although she has brown skin she is still biracial.  Some people get fooled by this. Not all biracial women have really light skin and light colored eyes.  Some of a bit more melanin but they don’t always have African-textured hair.  Many of them have lanky hair with a bit of a curl to it. This is just a small sample of biracial actresses and singers.  I could’ve listed a lot more.

black-women

But the main point is that many of these white Hollywood casting agents don’t think that deep brown skinned and dark chocolate-colored(not biracial) women are good enough. They don’t have the “exotic look” they’re looking for. They don’t want African(Original)looking women with black features representing the black race.  And they purposely promote biracial women in films and music as the standard.  Otherwise why do they keep doing this?  People say “well black people  come in many different shades”.  Okay then why do the biracial women get so much of the attention.  We all know why. The truth is white people(other races and some blacks) believe that  mixed race women are more  attractive than black women.  They don’t think that black women that are 85% black or more should be the standard.  But this colorism madness needs to STOP!  There are plenty of darker skinned actresses and singers that don’t get the shine they deserve.  I want all my sisters to get the limelight.  She can have  full lips, thick thighs, african textured hair and dark skin.  This is not about bashing biracial woman. Like I have said before,I have biracial people in my family.  I have cousins that have married whites and Mexicans(Hispanic whites). I But I don’t consider them black..they are mixed.  This one-drop rule has gotten out of control. I don’t have any hatred towards them. I have nothing against them. But it’s time to stop putting black beauty on the back burner. Black/African women have their own unique beauty that should be celebrated. I just don’t think it’s “fair” to give them most of the shine while black women are an afterthought. Lisa Bonet is a pretty woman.  But a black woman shouldn’t have to look like Lisa to get some credit for her beauty.

Jaden and Willow Smith: Ambassadors for Gender Fluid Agenda

Jaden1..

Take a good look at this boy.  He has a flower in his hair and nail polish on his fingernails.  This is Jaden Smith.  He is the son of actor Will Smith.  Jaden and his sister Willow seem to be at the forefront of this “gender fluid” agenda the media is pushing on us.  Jaden seems to be the male version of Jada…while Willow is the female version of Will.   Confusing right?   Yes this entire Smith family seems very confused.  This is the promotion of insanity disguised as sanity. You know how the white corporate elite love to use black people for their agendas.  Maybe it’s because we are trendsetters and we come up with all the cool slang and fashion.  So if we’re down with this agenda we can influence others to be cool with it too. But at any rate, this is a very sick agenda.  Will Smith and his wife Jada have apparently sold their children to these demonic people in power.  They have no problem letting their children be used in this manner. I guess they’ll do anything to keep their money and fame.

Jaden3...

You’re probably asking yourself what is Gender Fluid?  I know it’s hard to keep up with these European terms.  It seems like very other month they come up with a new one.  Sometimes you might hear the media also use the term “sexual fluidity”. It’s basically the same thing. Here is their definition:

Gender fluid is a gender identity which refers to a gender which varies over time. A gender fluid person may at any time identify as male, female, neutrois, or any other non-binary identity, or some combination of identities.

Jaden2...

This is Jaden Smith with biracial actress Amandla Stenberg.  Amandla is also down with this gender confusion agenda.  Earlier this year she came out bisexual. She said:

“It’s a really, really hard thing to be silenced and it’s deeply bruising to fight against your identity and to mold yourself into shapes that you just shouldn’t in,” she says in the video, which she also posted to her Tumblr. “As someone who identifies as a black, bisexual woman, I’ve been through it and it hurts and it’s awkward and it’s uncomfortable.I definitely believe in the concept of rebellion through selfhood and rebellion just by embracing your true identity, no matter what you’ve been told,” she said. “Here I am, being myself and it’s hard and it’s vulnerable and it’s definitely a process but I’m learning and I’m growing.”

Rebellion??  She thinks coming out as gay is a BIG deal??  She’s acting like this is revolutionary!   The entire Hollywood/Music industry is run by homosexuals and pedophiles. But you see how they’re trying to connect this lesbian/bisexual nonsense to the lack struggle.  This is a biracial woman who says she sees herself  both black and gay! The racist media knows exactly what they’re doing!

Keke1...

This is a picture of singer Cassie Ventura(left) and actress/singer Keke Palmer.  Keke is a beautiful and talented actress. I had high hopes for her.  But it seems she has sold out to the gay agenda as well.  Palmer posted the above picture on Snapchat of her kissing Cassie on the lips.  Of course this sparked rumors of her being bisexual. Cassie  was also featured in Palmers’ video “I Don’t Belong To You”.  Palmer said in an interview:

When asked about the video Keke told People Magazine,  “The video was to represent the young woman today – it’s not the traditional woman anymore – and not the specifics of ‘Am I gay? Am I straight? Am I bi? I’m making the rules for myself, and I don’t have to be stuck down to one label.” “I don’t belong to anyone else but myself,” she says. “I have to make my own decisions. Happiness is defined by me. My sexuality is defined by me. And that can change and this can change and I can make it what I want to make it because I’m the one who makes that choice.”

Traditional woman??  So a woman loving a man is some played out traditional role?  She doesn’t like one label? Men and women being together is NORMAL.  Bisexuality is abnormal.  Keke has lost her mind!  She has totally sold out!  You see what they’re trying to do?  They are trying to destroy the black family unit.  They are doing their best to redefine what is a family and what is normal.  This is not a coincidence they are all jumping on this gay bandwagon.  This is being done on purpose.  This is NO accident.  The powers that be are using black and biracial people to push this sick agenda.  So is gay supposed to be the new normal?  No wonder so many of our young kids are confused about their sexuality.  We have black celebs dressing in drag,homosexual/lesbian celebs and gay athletes.  This homosexual confusion is spreading like wildfire in the media.  This is an assault on our children and our families. This is what they want to push on African people worldwide.  And we can’t stand for this sick rubbish!!

“We must be clear that insanity is clearly insanity and that it undermines the possibility of having a real discussion. This problem must be addressed because so many of us are entering this discussion as if the european creation of reality really makes sense, that it is a viable path for us to follow, that it can be blended with whatever snippets of the Afrikan tradition we can safely feel like keeping, that it is a choice we can make and still live as Afrikans. We are allowing ourselves to continue participating in a debate flooded with invalid/illogical ground rules. In other words, some of us are trying to have a debate incorporating a reality that makes no logical sense, for us or any other human beings. This is the nature of what makes having this discussion with many Afrikans so problematic in the first place. It is past the time when we can afford to get bogged down in the politics of precisely replicating how our Ancestors formed consensus. We do not live in homogenous, uncompromised Afrikan communities. Every Afrikan voice is not worthy. The mentacidal among us firmly believe that american culture is not european culture (i.e., that it is multicultural, a flawed concept in its own right) or that european culture is an even more valid, progressive and appropriate way for Afrikans to live than Afrikan culture. These Afrikans are completely oblivious to the heart of the european mind. So, before we even begin, their discussion is already couched in an unconditional confidence in the european way. The mentacidal cannot see that Europeans can only be what they are within their culture. While their immediate goal has been physical domination of others, cultural domination has always been the ultimate desire. For only in making others into them can Europeans have and control a world where they are accepted and applauded for their insanity. This confusion must be removed from the table before we can move forward or it will continue to drag us back toward obsolescence. As long as it remains our minds will be drawn backward into it until, by dent of attrition, it has overpowered all sense of what it may mean to be Afrikan.”

Tales of Buffoonery:Episode 14(Will Smith)

Will Smith1

I’m really getting tired of Will Smith pandering to white racists. He’s had a lot of success making films that make white people comfortable. I guess you could call them “raceless” films. And because of that he has become a media darling.  But lately he and his wife have criticized Hollywood for a lack of diversity. They are asking black people to boycott the Academy Awards this year.  They’re a little late. Most black people I know don’t really give a damn about the Oscars anyway.  But I think this is mostly sour grapes because he didn’t get nominate for his film Concussion.  He had a terrible African accent in the film.  He was not very believable in my opinion.  Well now he has hit a new low. This fool did an interview a few months ago with the Hollywood Reporter.  This clown actually said racism is rare.  Rare? On what planet?  The entire system is racist! This is insane in my mind. Here’s the quote:

“Everybody is prejudiced,” he said. “Everybody has their life experiences that make them prefer one thing over another — it makes them prefer blond hair over a brunette; if you see somebody with dark skin walking down the street, you have a different reaction than you have [with] someone who is 5-foot-1 and white.”

The word “racism,” he said, implies something worse: the feeling that “your race generally is superior.”

“And I have to say, I live with constant prejudice, but racism is actually rare — someone who thinks their race is superior,” Smith continued.

Smith said that, on the rare occasions when he’s encountered someone in Hollywood who’s actually racist, he’s immediately decided not to work with them. And, he said, it does happen.

A moment later, the interviewer asked if actors could do anything to fight this kind of racism. The other African-American actor on the panel, Samuel L. Jackson, answered with a simple “No.” But Smith was more optimistic about their chances.

“As actors, we have the ultimate power,” he said. “Historically, story combined with imagery moves humanity forward. What we do — not that it’s a responsibility, but it is the ultimate forum for changing people’s hearts and minds.”

Will Smith2..

Here’s a picture of Smith smooching David Letterman. I find it very fitting. Since he loves to kiss white ass so much!  I swear this man is a closet homosexual! This man has NO pride. To say that racism is rare is to diminish the oppression and suffering of African people by a racist society.  You’re a disgrace Mr Smith!

Black Love Denied: Black Men & Latinas…a better match?(Part 2 of 3)

Rosewood

There’s another trend going on.  The attack on black love is very real. I told you what they’re doing to black women in part one. Now I’ll show what they’re trying to do with brothers. This picture(above) is from the Fox drama Rosewood. It premiered back in September 2015.  It stars Morris Chestnut in his first leading role on television. He plays a doctor on the show and he is paired with Puerto Rican actress Jaina Lee Ortiz.  She plays a Miami detective. There is a beautiful black actress in the show as well played by Gabrielle Dennis. But she plays the sister to Chestnut’s character.  She also plays a lesbian with a white girlfriend no less.  Black people playing homosexuals and lesbians is something I’ve covered many times in the past. That’s a whole different subject. But this post is about a trend I’ve noticed a lot in the last twenty  years or so. I have seen a steady increase of latina actresses playing the romantic interest to black men in countless films and television shows. Although in Rosewood, Morris and Jaina have not officially “hooked up” they flirt with each other in nearly every episode.  It is only a matter of time before they eventually get together.

Rosewood7

The first time I can remember seeing this was in the film Money Train.  This was way back in 1995.  It starred Wesley Snipes and Jennifer Lopez.  I remember this because I believe it was the first love scene Lopez ever did.

Rosewood2

Then I remember seeing Cuban actress Eva Mendes with Denzel Washington in Training Day(2002).  She also played his ex-wife in the film Out of Time.  And she also played Will Smith girlfriend in the film Hitch(2005).

Rosewood4

In that silly ass comedy Boat Trip(2002),Roselyn Sanchez played the love interest for Cuba Gooding Jr.  They had absolutely no chemistry together and the film wasn’t even funny. But I think this is a disturbing trend.  I know some people will say that it’s no big deal sense these are “women of color”.  But this is nonsense to me.  It doesn’t matter if many Puerto Ricans have 15%-20% African ancestry.  The fact remains that most of them have  over 60% European ancestry.  They are mostly white.  Theses are the facts!  They may speak Spanish or Portuguese but they are not African women.  We need more roles showing black love across the board.  These Latinas are being used to promote race mixing as a better alternative to black love.   It’s also a way to show that Latinas are better for black men.  All this “love has no color” crap sounds silly to me!  Hollywood is terrified of black men and women loving one another and creating beautiful black babies. They seem to promote anything that can further divide black me and women. I get the feeling that black people loving each other is their biggest fear.

Tyrese

In the film Four Brothers(2005)singer/actor Tyrese was the love interest for Colombian actress Sofia Vergara. I remember thinking they were such an odd pairing when I saw this film.  They film was okay as far as action films go.  But in the film Tyrese was adopted by an old white woman.  And he had three adoptive brothers.  Two of them were white guys. One of them played by Mark Wahlberg.  It was really silly.  You know how Hollywood likes to show blacks who were raised by whites as “decent negroes”.  It was truly a waste of film. I wish I could get my money back.

Odette

South Beach(2006) was a television drama starring Odette Annable and the late Lee Thompson Young. Annable has a Cuban mother and her father is French/Italian. So that would make her…….white right?

The Event

In 2010 there was the television show The Event. It starred Blair Underwood as the President of the United States.  The First Lady was played by Puerto Rican actress Lisa Vidal. In the show Underwood’s character’s name was Elias Martinez. He was an Afro-Latin man so I guess that’s why his wife was a Latina right?  But why not a more black looking Afro-Latina then? I think you know the answer.

Also in 2010 there was the film Our Family Wedding.  It’s about a black man(Lance Gross) marrying a Hispanic woman.  The woman is Honduran actress America Ferrera.  It’s a comedy about the blending of different races and cultures.  This video clip is my favorite scene in the film.  It shows the Hispanic grandmother fainting when she sees her grand daughter’s black fiancée.  It’s kind of funny but also very realistic. Mainly because this is how many of these old(and young) Hispanic family members truly feel when their daughter/niece/grand daughter is marrying a black man. It’s done in a comical way but underneath is the truth of their anti-blackness. Which runs throughout Hispanic/Latin culture.

Do you recognize this man? That’s John David Washington. The son of legendary actor Denzel Washington.  Not sure if many people know that he’s acting on the comedy television series Ballers(2015). He plays a  professional football player character named Ricky Jerret.  In the series his fiancée  is Cuban actress Anabelle Acosta. In his first starring role you would think he would be cast with a black woman.  But then again Denzel was paired with Cuban actress Eva Mendes in Training Day. Like father, like son right?

Zulay

This is a picture from the upcoming comedy Meet The Blacks.  It stars comedian Mike Epps and his wife is played by Colombian actress Zulay Henao.  Once again the black woman is left out.  The black woman in the pic is his daughter.  The title of the film is supposed to be a play on words.  But it’s insulting because they’re called The Blacks…but the wife isn’t black!! How ridiculous is that??

This is Forest Whitaker with Mexican actress Eva Longoria.  They played husband and wife in the film A Dark Truth. It always cracks me up when I see Mexicans and blacks playing lovers in films.  Mexican culture  has a strong anti-black sentiment.  I’ve had Mexican co-workers over the years.  They treat me with respect and don’t give me a hard time.  They’re cool with you in the workplace but they keep a social distance. Dating them is an entirely different story.  I know for a fact that most Mexican men hate seeing their women with black men. They find it very disgusting and think they are better than black men anyway. I even know some that wont even date a Mexican woman if she’s dated black men. That sounds like extreme hatred to me.  That sounds like the mentality of a racist white redneck.  I’m telling you that most Hispanics/Latinos as a whole don’t like black/African people. Most of them that come from Cuba,Brazil,Mexico,Puerto Rico,Colombia…are raised on white supremacy.  They believe that light skin, light colored eyes and straight hair is the beauty ideal. So naturally they will hate black people. Many Latin countries even have a term called “blanqueamiento”.  It’s a term many have never heard. Blanqueamiento, or whitening, is a social, political, and economic practice used in many post-colonial countries to `improve the race` (mejorar la raza) towards a supposed ideal of whiteness. The term blanqueamiento is rooted in Latin America and is used more or less synonymous with racial whitening.  So you can see  where their hatred of dark skin comes from.  I know black men who have dated some of these light skinned Latinas and their families usually don’t accept the black man.  Since they believe “whitening” the race is better, why would they want to darken their race?  They have to think of their children right?

Also just as a side note, many of these Latinas are in these booty model magazines. Don’t get me wrong these magazines are very degrading to women.  I used to read them as a young man myself.  But I matured and grew out of them.  They have these women in very degrading poses, all oiled up with, rubbing their G spot with a come hither look in their eyes. Degrading as they may be, these are still magazines catered towards  black men.  So why are Latinas on the cover?  Why do they have “Latina lovers ” editions?  I don’t see black women plastered on the cover of magazines for Hispanic men. This is really pathetic.  Black women even take a backseat behind Latinas in magazines geared toward black men. And the black men who are the publishers of these magazines should be ashamed of themselves. These clowns are hyping up other races over black women. Shameful!

This is  actress Jessica Alba and Mehki Phifer.  This is from the 2003 film Honey.  In the film he flirted with her until he won her over. In the film actress/model Joy Bryant plays Alba’s best friend. Joy is a gorgeous black woman..but of course they have Mehki’s character hook up with Alba. Not to mention that Joy is much prettier than Alba by a mile.

Here’s a video from the George Lopez show. This was back in 2010. Lopez did a DNA test on Alba.  Her mother is a blonde white woman and her father is a Mexican.  The results were not surprising to me. Alba found out she was 87% European. And she seems pretty disappointed about it.  I can understand her frustration a bit.  She sees herself as a “woman of color” so this was a wake up call for her.  I know many people see her as somewhat exotic with dark hair and full lips.  I actually saw her in person in 2014 at a social event.  She walked right by me. She may not have blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin but at the end of the day….she’s a white woman. In the film Honey the stylist had her hair permed to give it some curl. This was an attempt to make her appear a  bit more “ethnic” because she obviously doesn’t look black. I find this interesting because  I remember reading years ago that Honey was a role written for the late r&b singer/actress Aaliyah.  When she died tragically in a plane crash in 2001…they gave the role to Jessica.   So this proves my point that this role and many others should go to black women.  But Hollywood wants to erase the image of the black woman.  They want to keep the dark skinned African looking woman away from her rightful place….with the black man.   But keeping black men and women separated is what Hollywood does best.    Even when a black woman has a starring role she is linked with a either a white partner or lover.  I have seen this in shows like Scandal,Sleepy Hollow and Minority Report. This is a way to kill two birds with one stone. By putting Latinas in these roles they are saying that they are a better match for black men. Which of course is a boldface lie.  And secondly it promotes race mixing and making pretty little “exotic babies”.  Which is brainwashing us into believing that looking less black is better.  This is another reason we need our own television studios  and production companies. That way we can promote black love and show that strong black relationships are what’s really important.  Yes I know there are dark skinned Hispanics from Brazil,Cuba,Mexico,Puerto Rico and Colombia.  I have met some really beautiful Afro-Latina sistas. I’m not speaking about Latinas that are clearly of African descent.  If they have a African textured hair, black features and have a dark brown complexion they are obviously black women.  I’m talking about these straight haired, light skinned women with obvious European features.  If you look at it from a genetic standpoint they are mostly European. I know people don’t want to admit this but it’s the truth.  Like I said before,it doesn’t matter what language you speak.  What matters in this world is race, heritage and culture. And although culture is very important,in a system of white supremacy race is the MOST important.  So don’t be fooled by these white looking Latinas in films with black men. This is not progress for black people at all.  These are interracial relationships.  You have to call it what it is. Some might have a little Africa in their bloodline but they are still NOT black.  And any black men saying it’s okay because they are “women of color” is just saying that because they want to date non-black women.  I’m very hip to that term so don’t even try it. Hollywood is doing this on purpose to make us view Latinas as more acceptable because they are not “too white” but yet “not black” either.  Doesn’t matter to me.  It all comes down  to promoting race mixing and dividing black men and women further apart. This is what their whole agenda is about. And one more thing, these Latinas get their hips, thighs and nice butt from the African woman.  That’s why many Cuban,Colombian and Puerto Rican woman have nice shapes.  Yet they want to erase the image of the black woman??  This is very insulting!! Give the original woman her props!  Why go for a cheap imitation of the black woman? When you can have the real thing.

Part 3 coming next! The wrap up!

The Death of Black Manhood??

Sam
During NFL Draft Day Michael Sam was picked by the St. Louis Rams. He was on the phone and began crying when he realized he was drafted. I said to myself “when he gets picked he will kiss his gay lover”. Of course I was right. You’re probably wondering how did I know this. It’s not very hard to predict this type of thing if you’ve been watching American culture the last fifteen or so years. There has been a steady push by the media to get the masses to see homosexuality/lesbianism as “normal”. That’s why you see so many homosexuals in films, television sitcoms and commercials. Michael Sam came out to the public earlier this year. And also NBA player Jason Collins and WWE wrestler Darren Young announced last year that they were gay. What do these men have in common? They all happen to be black men. Isn’t it strange that all these “firsts” just happen to be black?? I’m sure there are some white and Hispanic athletes that are gay. Why aren’t they coming out? Where are they? Since many black people grow up in the church,we don’t typically accept this type of lifestyle. But many of us have gay people in our families. I have some in my family. Black people have always accepted gay people even in the church there have been gay members. We have been more accepting than most because we understand how painful discrimination can be. But just because we love the PERSON doesn’t mean we have to accept the ACT. And I’m not some crazy religious fanatic so don’t come at me with that nonsense. I personally don’t find it a normal act and I think it’s unnatural. And it’s something that shouldn’t be promoted in cartoons for children. I have caught subliminal messages in quite a few cartoons. They are trying to mold the minds of children. Much like they put out images of black inferiority in films and television as well. But gay and black are NOT the same thing. Our experience is not the same as theirs. Homosexuals didn’t suffer a holocaust like we did.
If you want to destroy the minds of a nation you don’t want them to grow up to be normal functioning warriors that can fight their oppression. The media has been trying to alter the image of black men for quite some time. The promotion of black men as homosexuals and dressing in drag is part of the plan. A nation of homosexuals are not a threat to the system of white supremacy. Which is why you see it so much. The goal is to reverse the roles of black men and women. Make the women more masculine and the men more feminine.

This is a war going on. And black people better wake the hell up! I know some of my followers are somewhat “pro-gay” and don’t think this is a big issue. Well I respectfully disagree. I say live and let live. I don’t think gay people should be stoned or thrown in jail for what they do in bed. I could care less. But when you want to push an agenda on the masses of my people and is anti-life and self destructive….I can NOT stand for that! And for the record, many Europeans are pushing the gay lifestyle heavy in Africa. Gay couples are even adopting African children. I’m not too fond of that either but I’ll save that for another post. And now they throw around the term homophobia to shame you if you disagree with them. I think scholar Mwalimu Baruti explained this very well.
“The political creation and use of the term ‘homophobia’ is a reactionary attempt to exercise power. It is an attempt by the homosexual community to gain control of global society through the manipulation of language to its political benefit. This is conceptual incarceration in action. Homophobia is defined as an ‘irrational fear of, aversion to, or discrimination against homosexuality or homosexuals. Like the use [of] the word ‘anti-Semitic’ by European Jews, words, actions and individuals arbitrarily defined by the homosexual community as anti-homosexual are effectively labeled homophobic.
“Calling a person homophobic makes him/her ignorant, nonthinking, prudish, judgmental or, worse, a backward, close minded peg retarding an otherwise progressive, liberal multisexual democracy. In truth and reality, close-minded means not being open or receptive to the European interpretation of reality. And specifically, with reference to us, just what is it that ‘closed-minded’ Afrikans are closed to? Obviously, not to what is best for us based on our ancestral interpretation of reality. The only thing that we are closed to is the absence of moral direction and spirit in the European realty. We reject the Western way of the world. And we refuse to be carted off in the seemingly directionless movement toward progress which we have identified as a natural cancer throughout the history of European culture.
“Homophobia is not the sickness. Homophilia is. The gradual public sanctioning and approval of branding noncompliant heterosexuals as primitive enables the homosexual front to indiscriminately stereotype and isolate their natural enemies. Heterosexuals intimidated by the threat of public and/or private censure readily acquiesce to their agenda.”The very existence of the word itself, like ‘anti-Semitism’ or ‘terroism,’ is a calculated move to place those thus accused on the defensive. What homosexuals seek is a shifting of the legitimate source for defining acceptable sexual realities from a polically factionalized mainstream into their hands. And, because of this, this word bears closer inspection…. To call people homophobic is to demonize them without qualification. Redemption, even if it were remotely desired by staunch heterosexuals, is not at issue. Classification as friend or foe is. The battle is waged on many fronts. The weapons range from proselytization to character assassination. But, unlike calling somone a ‘craka’ appending ‘phobic’ lends an air of scientific reasoning to this political accusation. For ‘phobia’ is defined as an irrational fear.
“It is important to see into the political advantage gained by homosexuals and their allies in using the homophobic label to intimidate their enemies. Unlike racist, sexist, ageist, paternalist and other ‘ists,’ where the accused is seen as only caught up in a tide of unethical or immoral thought and behavior, words like xenophobia, aracnophobia, zoophobia, nyctophobia, sciophobia and pantophobia carry a quite different connotation. The source of the fear is diagnosed as lying in the fearful individual and not the thing to which his/her fear is directed. The object of the fear is natural and usually harmless. Phobia is by far the more negative of the two because of what it implies about the mental state of an individual. It implies that the individual cannot distinguish reality from fiction or, at minimum, cannot see the normalcy in a naturally occurring phenomenon, person/group or thing. Only the phobic’s fear is deemed irrational and insane, not the thing it is directed at. It connotes more of an innate personal defect than a correctable error in judgment. The difference here is as profound and important as that between neurosis and psychosis or a misdemeanor and a felony.”
And I like the way the late great Del Jones breaks down the normalization of homosexuality.

“There is a movement toward the normalization of homosexuality in the nonEuropean world. European cultural imperialism is still in full force. In Afrika, it works through the neocolonial elite to enforce its homosexual will on the Continent using the same politico-economic tools that make their theft and privatization of huge tracks of land and resources there seem like no more than economic exchanges between political equals. Their cuts from Western loans, threats of covert military coups against their regimes, fear of embargoes against their countries’ tourism trade, undying attachment to investments in Western markets from generations of graft and anglophilic inducing eurocentric educations, are more than the encouragement negroes need to sell their people’s heterosexual tradition to the lowest bidder.”Just in 1999, a high court in Azania abolished all laws against homosexuality. With this ruling, males who had been found guilty of committing sodomy since 1994 could file for monetary compensation for time served and damages incurred as a result of their imprisonment. No judicial equivalent was meted out for the generations of Afrikans who slaved, and still slave, in the mines and homes of the European occupiers of their land. ‘Sodomites get all the rights.’ Sodomizers receive reparations before indigenous Azanians. Azania is but one Afrikan nation caught up in the crusade to make our world homosexual for Europeans. And turning the world homosexual makes homosexuality no different or more correct than making the world European. For they are one in the same evil.”Homosexuality is a strategically important resource. As Europe is a global nation of white people, it is a matter of national security…. In that the primary purpose of politics is the control and distribution of resources, homosexuality is a cultural resource. If the universal defense and sanction of one’s reality is based on its spread and presence among those not like you, then that spread and presence become politically important.”Their arrogant enlightenment of the rest of the world is still the motivation behind the homosexual component of their foreign aid and policy in general. Today, throughout Afrika, South America, the Caribbean and Asia, they are attaching the protection of homosexuality and its unbridled spread as a condition for receiving foreign aid. If the floodgates are not opened to the homosexualization of the population, then these countries become ineligible for the financial assistance supposedly designed to help in their recovery from Europe’s ongoing war against them.
“Sexual terrorism abounds. The work of homosexual mafia is evident everywhere. It is the politics of turning the world into their own personal whorehouse. Trinidad and Tobaga’s Trade and Industry Minister Mervyn Assam’s frustration at western homosexual intervention in domestic affairs says it all.
They want to Europeanize everything. They want to turn us into homosexuals…. They want countries who come to them for aid or grants or technical assistance, they want them to pass legislation so that homosexuality could become law. What has come to be called ‘homophobia’ by an extremely small but highly organized minority has been made into a human rights issue of international concern. Whether there is an absence or intolerance of homosexuality or not, these target nations are accused of sexual repression. Human rights are defined along European lines.National foreign aid policy relative to the forced homosexualization of nonEuropeans is no more than an extension for what could be called individual foreign aid.
Everyone has a right to their opinion. I just hope people respect mine. This is just an issue that I feel strong about. Mainly because I love my people and I feel as though this is an attack on the black collective. This lifestyle is not a part of black/African culture. And I think too many of out people are brainwashed by the media. There is no critical thinking involved. We can never accept the information of our oppressors. It’s easy to control the minds of the masses if you control what they see, hear and read. This is spiritual warfare we are in right now. I just don’t think many black people know what’s going on. I hope we wake up before it’s too late.
