Local Government Implementation of Agenda 21

The local government implementation of Agenda 21 was prepared by ICLEI for the Earth Council’s Rio+5 Forum (April 13-19, 1997 — Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), for the 5th Session of the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, and for the UN General Assembly’s “Earth Summit+5” Special Session.

United Nations plot to depopulate 95% of the world by 2030

Agenda 21 was United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development and was apparently developed as a means of restructuring the world population to lessen environmental impact and achieve an improved quality of life. One of the main ways of achieving this, however, is through encouraged and direct depopulation.

As the UN put it:

“comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, government, and major groups, in every area in which humans have impact on the environment.”

Although the language used in the original 70-page report that the UN published on Agenda 21 is vague and open to interpretation, as well as plausible deniability, the intentions in certain sections are clear. Depopulation to lessen environmental impact and stop overpopulation leading to instability.

While this sounds like a positive thing in some aspects, mere policy changes at governmental level alone cannot create an environment where big enough changes can come about in a short space of time.

Global epidemic: Huge scale depopulation in short time

To achieve such huge scale depopulation with a relatively short deadline the actions were taken would have to be drastic. Either a world war, global epidemic or some kind of widespread starvation caused by massive crop failures would be the only likely ways of achieving this.

The idea also raises the question of which 5% of the global population would be saved? Would these be those strong and hardy enough to survive the conditions placed on the earth that would kill off the remaining 95%, or perhaps the survivors would be chosen selectively from the elite and wealthy? And those who wake up to this evil reality will be imprisoned in FEMA camps before their death. Is this what they are built for?

Whether such a plan could ever actually be successful is another matter. Plans of this size and scope would require the collusion and agreement of at least every first world government in the world, not to mention that the number of resources and effort that would have to go into keeping something like this covered up would be astronomical.

Africans must unite against injustices

africa

As a direct descendant of the Xhosa Kingdom—the royal nation of Kings and Queens and Priesthood. We take pride in our history. There was a time when we made a public mockery of the most powerful military power in the world, the British Empire. We won victories and embarrassed them before the entire world. Our ancestors understood that the  object of war is to preserve oneself and destroy the enemy. The destruction of the enemy is the primary object of war and self-preservation the secondary, because only by destroying the enemy in large numbers can one effectively preserve oneself. What is more, our blood cousins, the Zulu Kingdom  completely smashed the British army in the Battle of Isandlwana in 1879. But what led to our downfall was DISUNITY and TRUSTING the wrong people.

It’s this foolish behavior we see in black America. Appealing to the morality of the very people who oppressed, raped female slaves en messe, castrated thousands of black males and systematically enslaved them under the most cruel and wicked system ever imposed on a people. How can you integrate yourself with a group of people who amassed great wealth and obscene privileges through the blood, sweat and tears of your ancestors and continue to do so?

africa-unity

The 60’s Civil Rights movement led by Dr. King, a white-minded integration seeker and other integration seekers who were all subsidised and controlled by white liberal and the federal government who were not in black revolution but worked against the black revolution. Brother Malcolm X described it as “artificial fires that have been ignited and fanned by the white liberals in the desperate hope that they can use this artificial fire to fight off the black revolution.”

Today, we find American Blacks’ livelihoods worsened  and according to Michelle Alexander “It is perfectly legal to discriminate against criminals in nearly all the ways that it was once legal to discriminate against African Americans… .As criminal, you have scarcely more rights, and arguably less respect, than a black man living in Alabama at the height of Jim Crow” (pg. 235). It also came to my understanding that the Civil Rights legislation passed in the periods between 1860s and 1870s were much stronger than those in the 1960s and 1970s and thus, newly freed African slaves made many gains which surpassed, in many instances, the political gains  Blacks made in 1960s and 1970s (Dr. Amos. Wilson, pg. 12).

Today, we find Africans sit in the table and talking negotiations with the very people who took their ancestral land and committed atrocities among their own people. The South African government is yet to make a statement concerning the land in white hands. Most African governments have been hypocritical in regards to the land in white colonial terrorists’ hands.
When Africans are being killed in the streets of America through intense racial profiling, robbed of their dignity and recognition as human beings, cheated on their ancestral lands in Africa, being given the most inferior quality of education, housing, health care services, being discriminated in the workplace, and criminal justice system and when we say Africans should do something to protect and defend themselves, they say you are teaching hate and advocating violence. They didn’t say get nonviolent when Osama Bin Laden bombed the Twin Towers. They don’t call it nonviolence when the U.S. government bombed  both Libya and Syria.

Africans both in America and in Africa can extract themselves from this heinous repressive system that is kept in place through intimidation and emotional terrorism, if they desire to be free,  independent and in control of their destiny. Our ancestors couldn’t take it any longer. They didn’t have much but they fought back. I never understood the logic behind nonviolence and ‘peaceful’ protests, could there be a reason why the media and academia wants us to worship Dr. King, Gandhi and Nelson Mandela while ignoring people like Malcolm X, Patrice Lumumba, Steve Biko, and Huey P. Newton? The obvious reason for this is to make ourselves martyrs in the name of non-violence, while it is far better to make martyrs of the ruling class and police thugs.

Is the violence in Chicago the Purge films come to life?

Purge1....jpg

Have you seen the latest Purge film?  It’s being called the First Purge.  It’s the fourth film in the series.  The film is about pushing the crime rate below one percent. It’s supposed to be a test of the sociological theory that vents aggression for one night in one isolated community.  This version takes place in New York.  In a mostly black area that has black people killing each other. When there isn’t enough killing to their liking the government sends in hired gunmen to kill citizens. But…this could never happen right?

Purge3...

Or has it already happened before? Sometimes I wonder if it’s art imitating life?

Purge2...jpg

Well in this radio interview(above)  Umar Johnson believes that the Purge films represent what’s going on in Chicago right now.  He says that’s why you have all these unsolved murders throughout the city.  After listening to the interview I must admit he presents a strong case.  Take a listen and let me know what you think.  I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Hurricane in Hue’s Town- Hurricane Harvey Aftermath,Harvesting Black people(Part 2)

Hurr3.....JPG

While the entertainment industry has kept everyone’s focus and attention on the fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor, along with the Video Music Awards this weekend, and due to the recent impact of Hurricane Harvey — meanwhile, hardly ANY media attention has gone into the draconian laws signed by your government and enacted by your president this week. One of them has to do with reinstitution of the militarization of police… because on Mon., Aug. 28th, 2017, Attorney General Jeff Sessions met with the Fraternal Order of Police at the 63rd Biennial Conference held in Nashville, Tennessee — where the Trump administration quietly lifted the ban on military gear to local police forces… This means that local police officers are allowed to attain surplus military equipment for their respective police departments — and this comes after the rollback of an Obama administrative executive order (Executive Order 13688, linked below), which blocked armored vehicles, large-caliber weapons, ammunition and other heavy equipment from being re-purposed from foreign battlefields to America’s streets. But now, such bans are no longer restricted.

Hurr6.....

Funding is also provided thru the Department of Defense (DOD) and their 1033 Program — permitting the Secretary of Defense to transfer, without charge, excess U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personal property (supplies and equipment) to state and local law enforcement agencies (LEAs). This program also allows law enforcement agencies to acquire vehicles (land, air and sea), weapons, computer equipment, fingerprint equipment, night vision equipment, radios and televisions, first aid equipment, tents and sleeping bags, photographic equipment and more. And if that wasn’t bad enough, Congress also passed another draconian law that Trump quietly signed into office, and that is House Joint Resolution 76 at the 115th Congress… This became law as of Tue., Aug. 22nd, 2017, and this resolution allows for the warrantless searches of homes, where only 1% opposed. Just in time for the National Guard and local police force to raid the flooded streets of Texas due to Hurricane Harvey…

Not to mention how these draconian laws were signed and enacted around the EXACT same time as Hurricane Harvey, DAYS before the FEMA National Preparedness Month that will take place in September 2017, and DAYS following the international EarthEx 2017 drill that took place as of Wed., Aug. 23rd, 2017… barely DAYS following the total solar eclipse over America on Mon., Aug. 21st, 2017. Now that the local law enforcement agencies (LEAs) no longer needs a warrant to search your home, and now that LEAs are militarizing and mobilizing like never before — the question still remains: What Are They Getting Ready For?!?!

Hurricane in Hue’s Town- Genocide on African people?(Part 1 of 2)

Hurr5....

A few days ago, I wrote an article about what’s been going on in Houston and the actual stories coming from the brothers and sisters down there in Houston.

It’s quite obvious that The State doesn’t care about Africans (black people) because The State only serves to protect their own best interests while having no qualms about discarding their own in the process.

Not to mention that parasitic capitalism is also currently going on in Houston particularly in the form of illegal price gouging where big parasitic capitalist corporations are literally charging people up to $99 for a case of water, hotels that are tripling or quadrupling their prices and fuel at $4 to $10 a gallon.

It’s now being reported that about 20 people (mostly African) have been killed from this genocidal act inflicted against African people by The State. That African death count at the hands of The State will increase over the next several days.

I am NOT a conspiracy theorist, nor am I a fan of them at all because I call things the way I see them in a very honest and unapologetic way.

Here are several reasons why Harvey is a form of genocide against African people.

1. African People Being Told Not To Leave Their Homes By The State – Neocolonial Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner actually told African people not to leave their homes and evacuate in the midst of the heavy flooding because he claimed in a press conference that it’s “too dangerous” to do so. This is clearly the work of The State manifesting itself in the form of neocolonialism.

2. The Coast Guard Deliberately Ignores African People – For all the tax paying money that goes towards the coast guard, one would think that they would rescue everyone in Houston, but as it turns out, The Coast Guard was ordered by The State to specifically rescue white people and stray pets and not rescue any African people at all because the coast guard is a part of and works only in the interest of The State.

3. Houston’s Not Under Water, Africans Are Under Water By The State – It’s also being reported that more than 6,000 people in Houston (mostly white) have been rescued by The State while there are pictures on social media of many African people are still standing on the rooftops waiting to be rescued so that they get can to a safe spot. The colonial media has already painted this false narrative of “Houston Under Water”, when in reality, it’s Africans Under Water by The State.

Hurr7.....

4. The Parasitic Capitalistic Corporation “Red Cross” Exploiting People – Last night, I saw a video of a sister on social media telling African people “Do Not Donate To The Red Cross!!!” because according to her, they came by with a hot dog stand that they were deliberately using as cover to exploit the people by taking all the “donations” they got and didn’t help the people at all, they instead lined up their own pockets as well as paying off their families, friends, and associates with the “donations”.

5. The State’s Involvement In This Environmental Genocidal Act – The Army Corps Of Engineers (which is also a part of The State) had released 2 dams of water at 2am, but they actually released them two hours early right around midnight.

Both of the dams were initially designed to protect the downtown area of Houston, the interests of The State and the white ruling class that that lived there. But what they did in releasing the dams was that it caused additional flooding into other areas of the city causing the water levels to rise to very dangerous levels that not only spilled onto people’s homes, but also flooded their entire homes while losing most of everything in the process in this genocidal act carried out by The State.

Hurr2...

We saw it with Katrina a dozen years ago, we saw it with Haiti seven years ago, we saw it last year with Flint, and just recently in Sierra Leonne where 400 Africans were killed in a so-called “mudslide” and now we are seeing it with Harvey. This is clearly no coincidence that these incidents are acts of environmental genocide against African people carried out by The State.

The State only cares about one thing: protecting its own interests.

African people are forced to live under the most oppressive conditions of police containment, police terrorism, poverty, food deserts, gentrification, lack of quality education for our kids in the school system which are all genocidal acts inflicted against African people by The State on a daily basis.

Hurr4....jpg

Under this vicious, oppressive system of colonial imperialism, African people have no economic or political power as well as not having the ability to be a self-determined.

Colonial imperialism doesn’t care about country, age, or people because it still carries out acts of state-sanctioned violence against colonized people on a daily basis.

Colonial Imperialism Must Go!!!

The Conclusion – It’s important that our people unite so that we can overthrow this toxic, vicious, corrupt, and destructive colonial social system that’s been oppressing us for over 600 years.
