My Nubian Queen

Alicia1....

Her hair is like that of the darkest night,
Her eyes are of deep ebony brown,
Yet her smile is like non-other I’ve seen thus far,
She is my Nubian Queen!
The lips she posses are of rose petals,
Her touch is of heaven descent,
Her beauty is rare as is natural,
A black woman, also my queen.
Though no one is truly perfect,
In my eyes she can do no wrong,
My Nubian Queen everlasting…
For me there can be only her.
To comfort me in my time of morn,
To help lift me if I should fall,
To believe there’s hope when all else fails,
She’s merely being herself…also my Nubian Queen.
A strong black woman she is indeed,
Also passionate with understanding as well,
This woman would never leave my side,
For love is never a question within my mind,
My Lady, my Queen for all times…

All Sistas hate Black men..and other lies

They tell me it’s Black History month.  Shortest month of the year of course.  But it’s Black history month every month on this blog.  So before the month is out I thought I’d end the month on a high note. They say that most black women hated black men nowadays.  Don’t the young black women today despise black men? Not judging by this video.  This video doesn’t even have 1,000 views.  Not very surprising though.  The media wants us to believe that ALL black hate black men with a passion.  The racist media does all it can to keep us divided and hating each other.  If this video was about bashing black men it would have thousands of views in a matter of days.  And anti-black women videos are also overrepresented as well.  These videos help to destroy black consciousness, black love and unity. I know many black men that love black women and vice versa.

black-love

I know the Uncle Toms, bed wenches, self haters and swirlers will hate this video.lol  They hate black love. This video destroys their perception of the world. But don’t fall for the propaganda. These are the videos that don’t go viral.  And with good reason.  They don’t want us to love and respect each other.  Black love is a threat to white supremacy. But I applaud these black women in the video. It’s always good to have words of encouragement.  I want the sistas to know that we love and appreciate you too. Much respect and Kushite approved!

African Girl by Chris Magadza

African girl
Drenched in African heat
Gyrating
Not in disco ecstasy
But burdened
By the weight of life;
Firewood
For the family crucible
African woman
In far-off times
On those sun-beaten savannahs
Haunted by beast and serpent
You fashioned intelligence
And called your newborn
Homo sapiens
A living star
Whose light would outshine
All celestial stars.
Now he fashions star wars
And says you
Are underdeveloped.
Your ancient bones
Exposed by the eroding
African hunger
Lie sacrileged
Among museum trivialities,
And jesting
They dub you
Lucy the fossil.Yet you still bear
The fire of life;
Barefoot
Like a lioness hunting
For her cubs
Kneaded by the African sun,
Buffeted by tropical storm
You roam the wasteland
Searching
For the ingredients of life;
Water and fire.African woman
Mother of mankind
And its destiny yet.
. . .
African girl
You are a good . . .
Black . . .
Woman.
