Every March, people in The US create brackets, place bets on winning teams, picking teams, and winning money while watching March Madness.
But The NCAA on the other hand is making millions and billions from ad revenue for a 30 second ads and in fact, they extract over a billion dollars each year from the black community that is going in the bank accounts of mostly white coaches, commentators, athletic directors, and other high ranking white officials.
The athletes that play in March Madness every year are the biggest losers in the tournament because the big universities they play for like Kentucky or North Carolina systemically keep them distracted by showing them with the fans, girls, draconian practice schedules, etc while they are behind the scenes counting the money they make off the exploitation of unpaid athletic labor.
These universities also systemically keep black athletes away from black students so that the black students wouldn’t fill their heads with “radical” ideas, especially during March Madness.
One example of this was a March 1997 black student protest at The University Of Kentucky that took place after a black woman named Tanya Clay was attacked by white male students telling her “If you don’t like your life here, we’ll end it for you” after she spoke about the racial issues that were happening on campus.
The Kentucky Basketball Team was heading to The Final Four that year and the black students had asked the athletes to speak out about the issue and the athletes had zero interest in doing anything on behalf of their community and one of the basketball players had pulled a black male writer to the side and told him, “The coaches didn’t want them reading his articles because he was explaining why college athletes should be getting paid and the coaches didn’t even want them to know about that“.
One of the most eggregious forms of the exploitation of black college athletes by The NCAA happened a few years ago when Kevin Ware, a former Louisville Cardinals basketball player who won a national title with them had broke his leg in a nationally televised March Madness game against The Duke Blue Devils and there was an outpouring of support from NBA players, commentators, and fans.
But The NCAA decided to despicably exploit his injury by selling a shirt for $25 that had quickly sold out. While The NCAA, Louisville, and Adidas got their fair share from the shirt sales, Kevin Ware and his family didn’t even get a fraction of the money from the shirt sales because The NCAA doesn’t allow these athletes to profit off their own autograph, image, labor, and likeness.
The athletes are brainwashed by these big universities to believe that they are playing in March Madness to win and winning a national championship, but they are the biggest losers in March Madness and the universities only use these athletes up for a few years and dump them right back in the hood with a mediocre education. And like the rapper E-40 said many years ago, “They’ll find a new guy next year” and the title of the song he said that true statement in is called “To Whom It May Concern” and you can check it out on YouTube.
The Conclusion – Many former athletes that had the experience of playing in March Madness and The Final Four that got dumped back in the hood with a mediocre education need to speak up against this sick exploitation of our athletes, so the current athletes can also take a stand against the injustices of The NCAA.
Article written by Joe Davis
“Melanin is the black pigment which permits skins to appear other than white (black, brown, red and yellow). Melanin pigment coloration is the norm for the hue-man family. If there are non-white readers who disagree with this presentation of white rejection of the white-skinned self, may I refer you to the literature on the currently developing sun-tanning parlors.”
“Most important, Black males must help one another to understand that they are being led by the dynamic of white supremacy to inflict extreme damage upon themselves, one another and ultimately the Black race. Black males must understand that, contrary to what is said, the war being conducted in urban centers is not against drugs but against Black males- for the purpose of white genetic survival.”
“(It must be realized that no Black males manufacture the chemicals for drug use, nor do any Black males manufacture guns.)”
“The destruction of Black males for the purpose of white genetic survival is the reason behind the ever-increasing disparity between the \ number of Black females entering and graduating from high schools and institutions of higher education compared to the far lesser number of Black males.”
However, it must be understood that high levels of self-respect, will
and determination, without an adequate understanding, analysis and
definition of racism as the oppressing power system, will not be sufficient
to bring the long-sought goal of neutralizing that injustice and establishing
justice and peace for all people. Therefore, it is critical to have a
comprehensive analysis and definition of the opposing force. As a Black
behavioral scientist and practicing general and child psychiatrist, my
current functional definition of racism (white supremacy) is as follows: ,.,
the local and global power system by persons
who classify themselves as white, whether consciously or subconsciously
determined; this system consists of patterns of perception, logic. symbol
formation. thought, speech, action and emotional response. as conducted
simultaneously in all areas of people activity (economics. education,
entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and war). The ultimate
purpose of the system is to prevent white genetic annihilation on Earth –
a planet in which the overwhelming majority of people are classified as
non-white (black, brown, red and yellow) by white-skinned people. All of
the non-white people are genetically dominant (in terms of skin coloration)
compared to the genetically recessive white-skinned people.
This is a clip from the new film Hidden Colors 3. Tariq Nasheed gives a great break down on how the rules of racism keep changing on us. Black people have been bending over backwards to be accepted by white people. We have done everything possible to be included into the mainstream…….but it never happens. We keep getting denied. I think it’s time to change our way of thinking a bit. The cartoon is somewhat humorous but it still drives home the point very well. I have Hidden Colors 1 and 2 and you should check them both out. I found the to be very educational. Hidden Coors 3 looks to be just as good as the others. I think when it comes to racism, many are still confused. many black people still don’t seem to know how racism operates or the real definition of it. Here are a few definitions that should make it very simple to understand.
White Supremacy — a social, economic, and political system based on the belief that whites are superior to non-whites. (the Foundation).
Racism — the systematic discrimination (the denial of rights and benefits) by whites against non-whites in all areas of human activity: (1) economics, (2) education, (3) entertainment, (4) labor, (5) law, (6) politics, (7) religion, (8) sex, and (9) war. (the Behavior).
Q: Why is it called “Racism/White Supremacy?”
A: Because this describes exactly WHO is practicing racism. For one group to practice racism that group must have MORE POWER than another group. Since whites control ALL the major areas of human activity in America — housing, education, health, entertainment, economics, politics, law, and religion — it is accurate to define all “racism” as “white supremacy.” We must be accurate so the victims of racism do not become confused.
Q: Isn’t all racism the same, regardless of who is practicing it?
A: There is only ONE kind of racism: white supremacy. White people are the only group in America with the POWER to discriminate (deprive or punish other ethnic groups), and the systems and institutions to maintain the imbalance of power.
For example, rich people are more powerful than poor people. Rich people have the POWER to discriminate against poor people by depriving them of income, promotions, jobs, housing, land, justice, and any other rights – if they choose to do so.
In America, whites have the POWER to discriminate against blacks (and other non-whites) by depriving them of income, promotions, jobs, housing, land, justice, and any other rights – if they choose to do so. It doesn’t matter that some whites are poorer than some blacks.
In all things and in all places in America, whites are collectively more powerful than blacks are collectively. This imbalance of (white) power creates the opportunity and the ability to practice racism against non-whites. Racism is not empty rhetoric (words) or mindless emotion. Racism is economic, political, institutional, and systematic POWER. Since whites control all the institutions and systems of power in America, only whites have the power to practice racism.
I got this excerpt from Trojan Pam’s website:http://racismws.com/. Be sure to go check out her blog and buy all of her books. Her books will help you be les confused about the system of racism.
