Melanin: Our Key to Life

Melanin is Carbon and is more than just skin pigmentation as how it is mostly acknowledged today; it is our body’s operating system. It is responsible for all functions that are executed by our body. Regardless of what advantage or problem that exists will be traced back to the state of Melanin in our body. Meaning, if we have high level of Melanin and properly nourished then we will be benefited tremendously as a result. On the other side we will be at a disadvantage as a result of the opposite effect. Melanin is the most studied discovery in the current science world.
Throughout history it as always been the main focus and most acknowledged for infinite reasons. As oppose to the ancient worlds, today Melanin becomes a topic of secrecy. Why? Mainly because not all of us stands at the advantage of having sufficient Melanin. Nevertheless, Melanin is profoundly used in most health related products today while the average person remains unaware of this. From anti-wrinkle to sexual enhancing treatments uses Melanin as the primary ingredient. You can find the usage of Melanin in electrical household products such as in your television screens, computer screens and other appliances that produce high levels of radiation. Melanin is used here to safeguard us against the excessive amounts of radiation emitting from these products.

Today, one of the most recognized advantages of having Melanin is the “protection it offers from the UV rays from our Sun”. Well of course that is not my preferred phrase… why? Well, saying that you need protection from anything or anyone advocates subliminal implications that you are up against an oppressive attacker. Our Sun is not evil but is only responsible for offering life to all that are natural and even artificial. Therefore Melanin gives us the ability to simulate the wonderful life frequencies from our beautiful Sun of its and our creator. Like plants, people with high levels of Melanin also go through photosynthesis. Eating natural fruits and vegetable is a secondary way to getting the minerals from our Sun. Our body can directly feed on the minerals from our Sun but we will first need to bring our body back to a healthy state along with our environment.

The higher the level of Melanin in the body is the higher the quality of your life is. This means you pose higher potentials, more sensitive and responsive to everything in your environment. Continue reading as I list a few of these advantages. With Melanin you see a wider spectrum of colors, ability of retaining more information in our brain (memory), age much slower, taste more flavors in your foods, quicker reflex, more sensitive to the forces of your other families in nature, higher mental abilities, higher physical abilities, more resistance against diseases, more pleasurable sex, quicker processing of information, more rhythmic, ability to obtain energy through our Sun and music.
Protein, Calories and Cholesterol are mostly the terms we hear today and are seemed to be placed at the highest level of importance. Of course these are subjects of importance but they are also used as distractions to take our attention away from the supreme element, Melanin. If majority of what they (medical industry) have brought forward was of any usefulness, truth and effectiveness, productively then there wouldn’t be any need for so many doctors.
Melanin is also the language of the Creator.

All natural entities in existence have an element that dictates their outcome; that controls their means of manifestation. This element is dominant in all that is natural and it is called Melanin. In humans Melanin is primarily produced by the pineal organ; which exists in the center of our brain. In ancient cultures such as the Egyptian’s, it is symbolized as a snake on their headdress. In India it has become customary to wear a dot on their forehead to symbolize the importance of the pineal. Unfortunately most of them are not aware of the scientific and spiritual essence of such gesture.

It is implied in many other religions but has commonly lost the true meaning and representation and has become merely superstitions. In the plant kingdom Melanin is known as chlorophyll and is generally green. Melanin becomes dark and brown through the process of oxidization in humans. There isn’t any voice (with sounds) that instructs the plants how and when to grow or when to be fruitful or not. Animals generally use minimum amount of sound and mostly communicate through complete silence. They all have an order, tradition and law that remain constant unless disturbed artificially by humans or by accidents.

The dominant and prevailing force that exists in all that is natural is Melanin. In lower life forms such as animals, fish, insects, etc. Melanin is the dominant entity that controls every operation that is in the body of those species. It is also the superior element in the plant kingdom that constrains it to the laws of nature (Creator). Melanin regulates all functions in the human body; it regulates all organs and is the brain of every cell. All that is natural has a certain cycle or rhythm that is controlled by the 12 phases of creation, known as the zodiac. The influence of the zodiac is felt by all but at a much higher capacity by natural Melaninated beings. There are many different variations of creation and all are connected to the creator by way Melanin, the supreme element.
In our existence there is a creative force and a destructive force known as the process of duality. Melanin (dark matter) is the creative force… which can be easily validated. We all exist in an infinite sea of dark matter or cosmic Melanin, our Egyptian ancestors calls it the “Waters of Nu”. This superior force is what we commonly refer to as space. This energy is the supreme governing and creative force in all. In opposition we have the evil force, destructive but weaker. If evil was stronger than good then we would have never existed because what is destructive destroys all including itself. Evil exist in all as the inferior and lower self, which magnifies whenever Melanin (dark energy) gets compromised. One of the most common and effective way to breech the balance of duality is through emotion. You probably wondering, how can the weaker dominate the stronger? The answer is emotion, which is a neutral point between good and evil. We all have the free will to allow the dominant good to control us or to do evil. For example, sometimes we know something is bad for us but we still do it because it makes us happy (emotion). Emotion is a part of human creation that came with free will; but causes us to make decisions without critical thinking.

There are lessons that are learned by nature and some that are taught verbally by our parents most of the time. The more detached we are from nature (Creator) is more necessary the verbal lessons of morality become. There are certain things we know not to do because they are wrong and it was never verbally taught to us. Despite the absence of verbal teachings we were still taught; there was still a voice that had communicated to us and instilled the appropriate order. That entity is created by nature, it knows what’s destructive and what we should refrain from doing. This is the nature of Melanin; it is peaceful, creative and powerful.
Melanin is the bridge between us and the Creator so to silence the voice of the Creator in our thoughts we have to silence or destroy our Melanin. We have to deactivate it so that our lower demonic side can prevail. Currently there are many easily accessible ways of doing this, mainly by way of our diet. In the human body it is necessary to maintain a constant production of Melanin or else it will become dormant. Some of the most destructive common weapons against Melanin includes: liquor, hybrid food, cigarette, marijuana (when smoked), crack, cocaine, medical drugs, vaccination, radiation and many more. Let us first examine the lifestyle of a destructive Melaninated person. One of the first habits you will notice with a destructive Melaninated person is that the either drink alcohol, smoke or eat hybridized food. Do not be superstitious about it, it is scientifically explained, they are destroying the entity (voice) that is telling them what they are doing is wrong. You will never find a Melaninated person that is a prostitute, destructive killer, war monger, rapist, etc. that have adopted and maintain a natural diet and in an environment that is conducive to Melanin. All of the above are results from Melanin abuse that entered into our culture concurrently with the change, away from the natural diet.
Goodness through verbal teachings has many limitations, so the moralities our parents have taught us did help but yet very far from being absolute. Do not think for a second that evil is not manifested in you because you are not a killer, prostitute, pedophile, etc. There are evil that we manifest outward and that which we express inward. Sicknesses and diseases are manifestation of evil (destruction) inward (self) that is all results of Melanin abuse. You can only contract sicknesses through the abuse of your Melanin or you are Melanin deficient initially (born that way). Note: Melanin abuse is the same as being Melanin deficient, inevitably.

KRST Unity Center- Kwanzaa Celebration 2017

Just a week ago I went to a Kwanzaa celebration.  It was held at the KRST Unity Center of Afrakan Spiritual Science in Los Angeles.  It is ran by Reverend Dr Richard Byrd and his wife Reverend Erica Byrd.  The center is dedicated to the principles and practices of MAAT. The event itself was free for all to come.  It was nice to see so many black men,women and children having a great time. There was no drama and no fighting .  There were black vendors and musicians that performed.  There was a candle lighting ceremony that highlighted the principles of Kwanzaa. They explained libation and why our ancestors did it. There was a beautiful poem  by poet Tasha Auset.  A rap performance by a young man named Jeremiah Berryman. He was a real talented brother.  He was dropping positive lyrics with no profanity.   There was comedy by Daryl Mooney the son of comedian Paul Mooney. As well as a Kwanzaa play and African dancing. At the intermission the reggae group Fountain of Roots performed. Guest speaker Michael Imhotep from the African History Network had a lecture at the end of the ceremony. I really enjoyed myself.  You could feel the love in the place. It’s nice to be around black people that are comfortable in their own skin.  Everyone I met was really positive.  The vibe was very positive.  But I had such a great time  I thought I would share some of the pictures and videos of the event.

This brother(above) is Tony B. Conscious. He’s a very talented rapper and spits positive lyrics.  I was joking around with him the whole night.  He is really cool and a down to earth brother.

This picture(above) is of Reverend Richard Byrd and Herb Alkhemyst.  Byrd is also known as Meri Ka Ra.  It was a pleasure to meet the elder.  He was a very nice man.  The lovely Alkhemyst is a singer/songwriter and herbalist.

Koshana Kweli and Kateria Knows also attended the event. Kweli is a spiritual consultant and child care provider. Kateria is an amazing astrologer and creator of the Real Family Reunion. Kateria spoke at the event about the power of purpose.  It was a great speech. They were really cool and down to earth sistas. It was a pleasure to meet them.

Imhotep gave a very powerful lecture at the event.  I got a chance to chat with Imhotep for about thirty minutes after the event.  I even bought a few of his dvd’s.

This was their first annual Kwanzaa event.  They say they will do more in the future. I’ll definitely try to attend the event again.  It was just a really nice way to end the year.  Black people talking about black unity,black economics,African culture,black history,black relationships,black unity and black love.  And those are the things we all need to carry on into 2018. ❤

This has been one hot summer hasn’t it?  With all these police shootings of black people every other week. The racial tension is growing every day.  I can feel it in the air. But I think these events may have been planned years in advance.  They have staged many terrorist acts.  Do a little research and you’ll see it’s true.  But at this stage of the game it’s too late to convince people.  The minds of the masses have been seriously dumbed down. There  be a national crisis even if the government has to create one. Now it’s going to come down to who is prepared and who is not. After all the government already has FEMA camps built.  But who are the camps for?  Are they for illegal immigrants? For terrorists?  Or many gun owners?  You thought this was the land of the free.  Well you thought wrong.  Have you heard of the King Alfred Plan?  Also known as Rex 84.  I think black people need to get prepared because after the police sniper shootings in Dallas…it will only get worse.

Check out this video(above) about the FEMA camps.  This is for you silly negroes that think your precious mulatto President is going to save you. President Obama knows the deal.  He never cared about the plight of black people.  He works for the international bankers that put him in office.  You have been duped!  But no need to feel any shame.  You can learn from your mistakes.  We live in dangerous times right now.  We as black people have an uncertain future.  And we need to get prepared if we haven’t already.

Will they round us up next week?  Next month? Or maybe next year?  Who knows?  But you need to get your family prepared.  Black men to step up and protect your families. No time for cowards. You need to get ready so you’re not caught off guard. Getting weapons and ammunition would be a good start.  As well as start collecting canned goods and stock up on water.  You may have to leave your area if you don’t want to go to any camps.  Therefore you need to have an escape plan.  Talk to your family and friends and try to convince them this is serious. You also need some survival skills.  This is something many black people are lacking.  Most of us don’t think it’s a big deal. It’s time to turn off the television and forget about sports,reality shows and video games.  Here are some survival skills that might be helpful:

More than any other skill, your attitude determines how successful you are in a survival situation. This first of the basic survival skills might even determine whether you live or die!

To start, consider “The Rule of Threes.” A human can survive for:

– 3 minutes without air
– 3 hours without a regulated body temperature (shelter)
– 3 days without water
– 3 weeks without food

The “Rule of Threes” provides a guideline of how to prioritize basic survival skills: first shelter, then water, and lastly food.

Surviving a difficult wilderness situation also requires meeting many challenges while avoiding panic. When faced with a potential survival situation, remember to use a “SPEAR”:

Stop
Plan
Execute
Assess &
Re-evaluate

By systematically assessing, planning, and executing your basic survival skills, you will help keep your mind and body actively engaged in addressing your situation. This will greatly aid in avoiding panic and other negative states of mind. By upholding an upright attitude, your chances of survival are greatly improved!

Number 2: Shelter
Many people who are forced into survival situations often get into serious trouble because of direct exposure to the elements. Most people in survival situations die of hypothermia, which can be easily avoided with basic survival skills. Being able to build a shelter is of paramount importance in a survival situation. It is extremely important to prevent or minimize heat loss, or if in a desert environment, to minimize water loss. Here are some things to think about when planning to build a shelter:

Shelter Considerations:
– Location (away from hazards, near materials)
– Insulation (from ground, rain, wind, air)
– Heat Source (body heat or fire-heated)
– Personal or Group Shelter

There are many types of shelters to consider including natural shelters such as caves, hollow stumps and logs, as well as building shelters such as a debris hut, lean-to, debris tipi, scout pit or snow shelter. Of the shelters listed, the debris hut is often the most practical to construct in almost any environment.

Number 3: Water
Since the human body is composed of up to 78% water, it should be no surprise that water is higher on the list than fire or food. Ideally, a person should drink about a gallon of water per day. Many lost persons perish due to dehydration, and/or the debilitating effects of water-born pathogens from untreated water. In addition to water-borne pathogens, minerals and metals can be found in waters downstream from industrial and agricultural operations. The best sources for clean drinking water in a wilderness setting are springs, head-water streams, and collecting morning dew.

Popular modern methods for purifying/treating water include filtering pumps and chemical treatments, such as iodine. These can be efficient and effective solutions if you have access to these items in a survival situation. An herbal treatment is another method in which water may be purified from viruses and bacteria. Grapefruit seed extract is sold as a water purifier, although there is some debate on whether or not it is one hundred percent effective. The most widely used and proven method for safely purifying water is boiling. Bringing water to a boil and allowing it to continue to boil for 2-3 minutes will kill bacteria and viruses.

By maintaining a level attitude, creating a shelter, and obtaining clean water, a person can successfully survive for many weeks.

Number 4: Fire
Even though it is not directly a survival need, fire is one of the most useful basic survival skills. It can help warm your body or your shelter, dry your clothes, boil your water, and cook your food. Also, fire can provide psychological support in a survival situation, creating a sense of security and safety.

Ideally, when traveling in the wilderness, it is best to carry multiple fire-starting tools, such as a lighter, matches, flint and steel, etc… Even with these implements starting a fire can be challenging in inclement weather. We highly recommend practicing fire starting in different weather conditions within different habitats. Good fire-making skills are invaluable. If you were to find yourself in a situation without a modern fire-making implement, fire by friction is the most effective primitive technique. Popular friction fire-making methods include bow drill, hand drill, fire plow, and fire saw.

Number 5: Food
You might be surprised to see food so low on the basic survival skills priorities list, though we can survive for much longer without it as compared with shelter and water. Remember “The Rule of Threes”: humans can survive without food for roughly 3 weeks (though I’m sure you would not want to go that long without food!). Thankfully, most natural environments are filled with a variety of items that can meet our nutritional needs. Wild plants often provide the most readily available foods, though insects and small wild game can also support our dietary needs in a survival situation.

Here are a few plants which are abundant throughout North America:

Cattail: known as the “supermarket of the swamp”, the roots, shoots, and pollen heads can be eaten

Conifers: the inner bark, known as the cambium, is full of sugars, starches and calories, and can be eaten on most evergreen, cone-bearing trees [except for Yew, which is poisonous]

Grasses: the juices from the leaves can provide nutrition, and the root corm can be roasted and eaten

Oaks: all acorns can be leached of their bitter tannic acids, and then eaten, providing an excellent source of protein, fats, and calories

Be sure that you properly identify any plant you plan on consuming (using field guides and/or the guidance of an experienced expert). Many plants can be difficult to identify and some edible plants have poisonous look-a-likes. If you cannot identify the plant, do not eat it.

Number 6: Naturalist Skills
The more you know about nature, the better you will be able to survive in the outdoors. To be great at wilderness survival, beyond the basic survival skills, requires an in-depth understanding of a variety of nature skills. For example, wildlife tracking skills allow one to effectively locate wild game for food, and knowledge of herbal medicine allows one to heal illnesses with wild plants. Especially for the situation where you may choose to purposefully practice survival living for a lengthened period of time, naturalist knowledge is absolutely invaluable.

All of our hunter–gatherer ancestors had classification systems for living organisms, knew their names, understood their uses, recognized how they inter-related to each other, and were aware of exactly how to utilize those resources in a sustainable fashion. This knowledge was at the foundation of their ability to thrive within the natural environment.

For even the recreational wilderness skills practitioner, a basic knowledge of the natural sciences (such as botany, ecology, geology, etc…) can be very useful and enriching. A great place to start is by purchasing the relevant plant and animal field guides for your region. These resources can help you begin to identify species and understand how they relate.
