Ashleigh Murray was born January 18,1996. Murray will be portraying Josie McCoy in the CW’s new teen drama Riverdale. Ashleigh was born in Kansas City, MO. In the 5th grade, she went to Oakland, California, to live with her aunt for 2 years, where Murray enjoyed studying piano, jazz and hip-hop. After graduating high school back in Kansas City, Missouri, she moved to New York city where she studied at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, graduating in 2009.

Previously, while studying at NYCDA, she starred in an off-Broadway production of “Child of the Movement,” based on a true story, on that of Claudette Colvin, a 15-year-old girl from Montgomery, one who preceded Rosa Park’s involvement with the NAACP, was in a Coke commercial with Diggy Simmons which debuted during the 2013 BET Awards, as well as Lady Gaga’s MTV VMA 2013 promo video. Murray worked on the WB’s The Following, appeared in two episodes of TVLand’s Younger and recently wrapped a Netflix Original Movie “Deidra & Laney Rob a Train” (starring Rachel Crow, David Sullivan, Tim Blake Nelson, Danielle Nicolet, Sasheer Zamata and Arturo Castro).

Jasmine Burke

Jasmine Burke was born on August 13,1983. Jasmine Burke is an award winning, American Actor/ Singer/Filmmaker from Atlanta, Georgia who attended Kennesaw State University on full scholarship. Growing up in musical theatre paid off when on a whim, during college, Jasmine tried out for the hit talent competition MTV’s Making the Band 3 and advanced to being a finalist. After the whirlwind experience Jasmine decided to go after her real passion, acting. Soon after she caught the attention of legendary casting director Rueben Cannon who cast her in Tyler Perry’s Meet The Browns and then Daddy’s Little Girls. Since, Jasmine Burke has been full steam ahead making notable appearances in The Secret Life of Bees, Van Wilder, Vampire Diaries, Army Wives and Ride Along, to name a few. Also starring in Vh1’s Drumline: A New Beat and Bounce TV’s record breaking Saints and Sinners.

Exercising her many talents, in 2009 Jasmine wrote, executive produced and directed her first film, a comedy, Lucky Lotto. Lucky Lotto went on to become a winner at the 2010 Women in Film and Television International Short Film Showcase. Jasmine also won an achievement for directing Lucky Lotto at the 2010 WIFTA’s.

Ryan Destiny Irons was born January 8,1995.   Destiny recently was featured in a recurring role on the cable drama “Low Winter Sun,” opposite Mark Strong and Lennie James. She currently stars on the Fox drama Star.

Destiny starred in the 2015 independent film “A Girl Like Grace,” opposite Garcelle Beauvais, Paige Hurd, Raven-Symone and Meagan Good. For her performance in the movie, which premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival, she earned a Nollywood and African Film Critics’ Award (NAFCA) nomination for Best Lead Actress in 2015.

Destiny resides in Detroit, MI, where she was born and raised.

Jillian Reeves was born on November 12,1980 in Columbia, South Carolina, USA as Jillian Pollock-Reeves. She is an actress and producer, known for Let’s Talk (2006), CSI: Miami (2002) and Ward of the State (2016).  She also appeared in films such as China Doll,Hope Reigns and Coupled with Love.

Deborah Ayorinde

Deborah Ayorinde was born in London, England. At age seven, she performed in her first play with a drama school in the Forest Gate area of London. It was there that she developed a passion for the arts. When she was eight years old, she and her family relocated to San Jose, California. She continued to develop her talents by participating in talent shows and contests, performing with dance teams, cheerleading teams, and choirs, and continuously training. In May of 2009, she graduated with honors from Howard University’s John H. Johnson School of Communications with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production. During her matriculation at Howard, she won the coveted Paul Robeson Best Actress award for her performance in a short film she wrote and directed (The film also won the award for Best Cinematography).

Her credits include, but are not limited to, Barbershop 3, Game of Silence (NBC), The Game (BET), and Necessary Roughness (USA). She has also appeared in various print ads and commercials. In addition to acting and modeling, Deborah is also passionate about directing and writing and owns an online boutique.

Lauren McCarroll

Lauren M. McCarroll is a versatile and refreshing performer who brings passion and intensity to each role she lands. Her film credits include 4Play,Keep the Faith and Do You Know Where Your Man Is, as well as independent films Unspoken,Infidelity, Forever and Meet Me At The Altar. She also radiated on stage with lead roles in Fences at St. John’s University in New York, and Tha Message in Chicago.

Lauren continues to hone her acting skills under the tutelage of Phaedra Harris of Phaedra Harris Casting and Choice Skinner of Breaking Through Actors Workshop, both esteemed leaders in the film industry. She also studied under Rachel Barrer in New York, as well as various instructors at the New York Film Academy. Lauren is classically trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical and tap dance, and enjoys public speaking and tennis.
