Local Government Implementation of Agenda 21

The local government implementation of Agenda 21 was prepared by ICLEI for the Earth Council’s Rio+5 Forum (April 13-19, 1997 — Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), for the 5th Session of the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, and for the UN General Assembly’s “Earth Summit+5” Special Session.

United Nations plot to depopulate 95% of the world by 2030

Agenda 21 was United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development and was apparently developed as a means of restructuring the world population to lessen environmental impact and achieve an improved quality of life. One of the main ways of achieving this, however, is through encouraged and direct depopulation.

As the UN put it:

“comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, government, and major groups, in every area in which humans have impact on the environment.”

Although the language used in the original 70-page report that the UN published on Agenda 21 is vague and open to interpretation, as well as plausible deniability, the intentions in certain sections are clear. Depopulation to lessen environmental impact and stop overpopulation leading to instability.

While this sounds like a positive thing in some aspects, mere policy changes at governmental level alone cannot create an environment where big enough changes can come about in a short space of time.

Global epidemic: Huge scale depopulation in short time

To achieve such huge scale depopulation with a relatively short deadline the actions were taken would have to be drastic. Either a world war, global epidemic or some kind of widespread starvation caused by massive crop failures would be the only likely ways of achieving this.

The idea also raises the question of which 5% of the global population would be saved? Would these be those strong and hardy enough to survive the conditions placed on the earth that would kill off the remaining 95%, or perhaps the survivors would be chosen selectively from the elite and wealthy? And those who wake up to this evil reality will be imprisoned in FEMA camps before their death. Is this what they are built for?

Whether such a plan could ever actually be successful is another matter. Plans of this size and scope would require the collusion and agreement of at least every first world government in the world, not to mention that the number of resources and effort that would have to go into keeping something like this covered up would be astronomical.

10 Things Black people must understand!

10 Things...

Heroic Warriors or Mindless thugs?(Killmonger,Magneto,Koba)

Erik Killmonger...

What is a warrior? What is an ignorant thug?  What is a ruthless killer?  What is a revolutionary? What does it mean to have courage? I’ve been asking these questions to people I know recently?  In the film Black Panther the anti-hero is Erik Kilmonger. There have been many debates on Twitter,Facebook and YouTube about whether Killmonger was a hero or not.  Killmonger’s main objective was to liberate oppressed black people all over the world.  He wanted to level the playing field against white supremacy.  And he was seen as the villain.  Now don’t get me wrong,Killmonger was no angel. Far from it. He was ready to kill anything in his way. He grew up in poverty in a crime ridden city called Oakland. So he had a lot to be  angry about.  I find it interesting that although KIllmonger is seen as the villain, white supremacy is never named in the film.  The word “racism” is never said in the film.  It’s only implied.  And that is the REAL source of his anger and his oppression.   But anyway, nothing would stop him from completing his mission.  Even with the odds against him he stayed focused on the mission at hand.  But he was portrayed as an African-American thug.  The real public enemy number one.  This is why Black Panther is the hero in a white-created film.  They don’t want children to admire the traits of Killmonger because he’s a threat to the racist power structure.  That’s why I tell people Black Panther is full of anti-black propaganda. What exactly is propaganda? Propaganda is the effort to spread a belief or an opinion about a certain issue. Commercial advertisers, government, media, pressure groups and public officials all use propaganda. The whole point of propaganda is an attempt to get people to think a certain way about something.  I feel propaganda is most effective when people don’t realize it as propaganda.  This is why characters like Erik Killmonger are painted as the bad guy.  His motives are liberating for black people but they portray him as a mindless thug so you associate the behavior with the ideology.

Propganda...

I’ve seen this pattern of painting revolutionaries as the anti-hero.  I remember reading years ago that the Marvel characters Professor X and Magneto were based off of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.  Marvel comics founder Stan Lee also admitted that the X Men super powered mutants were based off of the black civil rights movement going on in the sixties.  This is one of the reasons Magneto is seen as the evil villain. He wants to liberation of mutants against oppression.  But when you listen to Magneto talk about the the situation of mutants he’s always making valid points.  And he believes if mutants want true freedom they have to do it ” by any means necessary”.Malcolm Magneto..

Koba1..

Another character that was revolutionary was Koba from The Planet of The Apes.  Koba believed that apes shouldn’t trust humans.  The main leader of the apes was Caesar.  He and Caesar rarely saw eye to eye. I also noticed that Caesar was a darker skinned ape. Whereas Caesar has a more light skinned face. Koba also had a scarred face from the torture he received from evil humans.  So Koba even looked like an ugly monster.  This is also subliminal programming.  It’s to give the impression that if someone is unattractive then they must be evil.  Which we know is not true.  I’ve met plenty of good looking people that were selfish, vain, manipulative  and egotistical.  But people are trained to believe that exterior beauty translates to inner beauty.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Here’s a synopsis from Gaspar Yanga:

“In the begging of this movie, some scientist wander into the apes territory ( theme of White innocence) and have a dispute with the Apes, in which one Ape is shot. Caesar, being the leader tells the people to leave and takes the injured Ape back home. Koba, having been abused by humans (Europeans), tells Caesar they should follow the humans back to where they are at. Koba comes back and tells Caesar, that he believes they should attack the humans before they get stronger. Caesar makes a snarky comment about how the only thing that Koba, learned from humans is hate. ( theme of seeking retribution against Europeans is wrong).

Koba, goes back into the human’s camps, only to find they are stockpiled with WEAPONS. The innocent humans that Caesar loves so much has a army reserve of military grade weapons. Some of the humans go back to the Apes home, while Koba was gone, in order to seek Caesar’s approval to search for a dam which could power their city. Upon, rushing back to tell Caesar of this great potential threat of humans, Koba is furious to find out that that humans have been allowed back into the Apes territory, along with the human that shot an ape named Ash. Koba and Caesar fight before Koba can tell Caesar, that the humans are preparing to for some type of war with all the weapons. Koba comes up with this genius plan, he goes back to the human camp to steal a gun so he can use it to shoot Caesar and tell the Apes that a human shot Caesar at night and that they should attack the humans. Koba’s brilliant plan works. Koba shoots Caesar at night time while some of those humans are in camp and he runs to tell the other Apes, that humans shot Caeser. Well, during the Ape attack on the humans, Koba gives a command to kill this human to another ape, this Ape refuses, Koba pats him on the back, then drags him by the head and throws him off the ledge showing the other apes who is the king of the hill. Koba, then arrest all those who are loyal to Caser and like humans. Koba is an example of supreme intelligence, military strategy, and brilliance. He removes a weak leader with a brilliant plot. He then consolidates power through force (Mao style) and he units the Apes, around their Ape identity. Koba is the ultimate Ape Nationalist and Freedom Fighter. The only thing that Koba does not tolerate is softness for enemies, he considers that WEAKNESS.

Caesar, in talking to the “GOOD HUMAN” (WHITE), says this ” Ape start war, Human will not forgive”. Caesar, blames his own people for the war. The humans created the experimental drug, the humans abused the apes giving them a reason to never trust them and the humans were trying to recolonize the world. Caesar, blames Koba and his people for starting a war that was caused by the humans (Whites). This, of course, is how the warped mind of the European is even in his movies and how he plants this false consciousness in others (mostly Black Christians). The writers actual ignore the history of the Apes and manipulates Caesar into this self hating, self loathing ape who has a soft spot in his heart for humans. Koba was punished in the movie for: 1. Never forgiving humans 2. Loyalty to his own kind and Caesar is made a hero for 1. Forgiving the Europeans 2. Seeing the good in all people.

Koba2..

The problem is people want a kind and sweet revolution.  They don’t know what it takes to get real freedom and liberation.  A real warrior will do whatever he needs to do to get freedom.   A warrior is usually a person experienced in warfare.  Or a person that has shown great vigor, aggression and courage. In a white racist society they want to demonize revolutionaries so people don’t see them as heroes. These films want you to identify with the so-called heroes.  But if you’re an oppressed group you should be rooting for the revolutionary.  When the European colonizers came to America that killed everything that wasn’t European.  They killed millions of Native Americans.  They killed millions of Africans.  They raped women and killed babies.  They were heartless and ruthless and their quest for power and domination.  They were bloodthirsty and heartless!  That’s what they did in the America’s and in Africa. They know what it takes to achieve a revolution.  This is what brave Haitians did in the revolution in 1804.  These were real Africans warriors that knew who was the enemy.  They couldn’t show any weakness against the evil Frenchmen.  And these are the qualities that fictional characters like Killmonger,Magneto and Koba possess. This is why it’s important to recognize propaganda when it’s in front of you.  And these Hollywood films are full of them.  When I was younger I couldn’t see it.  But my eyes are wide open now.  They’re training you to root for the real villains.  So in essence, they have you going against your own self interest.  And ultimately your freedom.

Martin Luther King Jr.(Forgotten Quotes)

MLK1...

They say you can tell what a nation stands for by looking at who they see as heroes.  I always think about that when Martin Luther King’s birthday comes around.  Does America truly cherish his ideals?  I don’t really think so. Martin Luther King was a very complex individual.  They say he stood up against injustice and racism…but he had numerous sexual affairs as well.  Can a man be socially moral and still cheat on his wife?  I guess it’s somewhat possible.  But after doing years of research on MLK I found out that he had an idealistic worldview but he wasn’t perfect.  But we all know there are many famous men who cheated on their wives(John F Kennedy,Bill Clinton,Donald Trump).  But this post isn’t about that.  In this post I wanted to put up some quotes that often get overlooked.  King’s views changed from when he made the “I Have a Dream” speech in 1963.  As the Vietnam War waged on and all the racial strife continued…his idealistic views started to diminish over time.  He started to view the racist European society a little bit more realistically. I think Malcolm X understood the European mentality a little better.  But King was getting there before he was killed in 1968. Here’s a nice list of forgotten quotes.  Shout out to Abagond  for pulling up some of thee quotes.

MLK3...

“The white man does not abide by the law… His police forces are the ultimate mockery of law.”
“There aren’t enough white persons in our country who are willing to cherish democratic principles over privilege.”
“Three hundred years of humiliation, abuse and deprivation cannot be expected to find voice in a whisper.”
“True compassion is more than flinging a coin to a beggar.”
“We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality.”
“We must see now that the evils of racism, economic exploitation and militarism are all tied together.”

“But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society.”
“A riot is the language of the unheard,”
“A true revolution of values will soon look uneasily on the glaring contrast of poverty and wealth.”
“All of us are on trial in this troubled hour.”
“America is going to hell if we don’t use her vast resources to end poverty and make it possible for all God’s children to have the basic necessities of life.”

MLK2...

“I am sorry to have to say that the vast majority of white Americans are racists, either consciously or unconsciously.”
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly.”
“It is cruel jest to tell a bootless man that he ought to lift himself up by his own bootstraps”
“No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.”
“Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health care is the most shocking and inhumane.”

MLK..

Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”
“Poverty is one of the most urgent items on the agenda of modern life.”
“The curse of poverty has no justification in our age. It is socially as cruel and blind as the practice of cannibalism.”
“The evils of capitalism are as real as the evils of militarism and evils of racism.”

The Pale Face of Terrorism

Terrorist Definition..

Abibifahodie,

Amerikkka… despite its “war on terror”, a laughable farce of a term, is home to some of the oldest terrorist organizations in existence.  Organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan, and other scattered “right wing militias” (white supremacist paramilitary groups) essentially only exist for terroristic purposes.  A database compiled by the Investigative Fund at the Nation Institute says that out of 201 incidents that could be classified as terrorism between 2008-2016, those committed by “right wing extremists” (code word for white supremacists) outnumber those by so-called “Islamicists” (those who whites want to make the face of terrorism) by nearly a 2-1 margin.  According to the report, right wing/white supremacists account for 115 cases, “Islamicists” accounted for 63 cases, and “others” (so called “left wing” groups, animal rights activists, so-called Black Lives Matter activists, kwk) accounted for 19 cases.  Nearly 1/3rd of those committed by so called “right wing extremists” resulted in casualties.  The Department of Homeland Security issued a report which gave the statistic that white supremacists were responsible for 49 homicides in 26 attacks from 2000-2016, more than any other domestic terrorist movement.  But although these statistics, taken and provided by whites themselves, are as clear as day, the mainstream media, which functions as the propaganda arm of the system of white supremacy, are often very hesitant and unwilling to label these incidents as terrorism.  In fact, in Feb 2017 under the administration of white supremacist in chief, Donald Trump, the government and national law enforcement organizations declared that they would would no longer target white supremacist groups, under a program called “Countering Violent Extremism”, and would instead focus all of their attention on Muslim groups, and that they would be changing the name of the program to “Countering Radical Islamic Extremism”.

Terrorists..

Recently, the FBI has come with a report that suggests that those who are labeled as “Black Identity Extremists”, which is a totally made-up term/movement, but I suppose that it refers to conscious or “woke” Black people, those of Afrikan descent who are aware of racism/white supremacy, and are actively attempting to crush white supremacy and replace it with justice, are a violent terroristic threat in the US, although details of the crimes of this supposedly dangerous movement are noticeably absent.  This is extremely significant because whites, who are extraordinarily adept at using their propaganda to change the narratives, and literally change the face of the negative, destructive behaviors that they predominantly engage in, are setting the stage to again change the face of terrorism, from its rightful white face, away from the traditional scapegoat of terrorism, the arab/middle easterner, to Black/Afrikan people, and specifically, Black/Afrikan people who do not subscribe to the horrific, immoral system of racism/white supremacy.  This, coupled with the National Defense Authorization act, signed into law by Barack Obama, which authorizes military detention of civilians, even so called US citizens, without habeus corpus or due process, sets the stage for egregious injustice.  Essentially, this means that whites are using terroristic strategies, to strike down so-called terrorism, which really consists of people who fight against the terroristic ways of the establishment.  It is like a complete cipher of evil and injustice.

Fighters..

Since white supremacy is a global problem, and in my view, the single biggest global problem in existence, their terrorism is not only limited to how they deal with non-whites in Amerikkka, but it also applies to the way Amerikkka has operated internationally.  white Amerikkkans, along with those who may be of other races, but who have pledged their allegiance to Amerikkkan white supremacy through their employment and/or association with the institutions that enforce that social order, operate terroristically by way of their constant invasions of foreign territories in order to rape those countries of its natural resources, occupying and colonizing those territories for indefinite periods, and controlling them politically, either outright or by installing puppet regimes.  This actually makes things such as the “war on terror” even more of a joke than usual, because Amerikkka has always been terroristic in nature since its inception, by its own definitions of what terror is.  Their war on terror and labeling all those who are willing to use alternative means for expressing their political viewpoints as terrorists is the definition of projection, and another demonstration of the characteristic arrogance of the practitioners of white supremacy.

Since systematic white supremacy is built unjustly on lies and deception, and was enforced by extreme violence, genocidal acts and enslavement, the only way in which such a system could possibly be maintained is through a system of terrorism.   Terrorism, as defined at the beginning of the article is necessary within such an unjust, immoral system because the system is built directly off of the subjugation of all non-whites, but especially, and most viciously, Black/Afrikan people.  A society that was created through violence, must then be maintained mainly through violence, or the threat thereof.  Such a system is bound to produce rebellion and insurgency among those who are rightfully and righteously dissatisfied and enraged by such malfeasance.  This system has many different components designed to keep Black/Afrikan people mentally distracted and confused, and is designed to coerce Black/Afrikan people into “playing along”, which many do because of the fear of the perceived violent repercussions of speaking out and actively working against white supremacy.  This is yet again, according to the definition  at the beginning, terroristic in nature.  These fears are justified, when one studies the history of those who made it their life’s work to fight white supremacy (Malcolm X, Garvey, Patrice Lumumba, Assata Shakur, Steven Biko, Darren Seals, Khalid Muhammad, and on and on),  It recalls how Baba Kamau Kambon refers to the current dominant social order not as white supremacy, but as systematic global white terror and domination, as a way of not giving whites supreme status, but defining the social order in the way it was established and maintained, through terrorism.

This once again highlights the importance of studying our enemies, and taking in, as well as dispensing correct information.  Without having the correct information, we do not have a chance at survival against this system, which is built on hypocrisy, lies, contradictions, and terrorism, and is armed with a powerful propaganda and public relations machine, which is used to justify whatever the psychopaths who are at the controls of the institutions which constitute white supremacy want to do.  The way western white nations have been beating the drum against terrorism, while making non-whites the face of terrorism, is absolutely nothing but whites using their propaganda arm to change the narrative, project their own psychopathy onto others, and pass the buck, so to speak.  We must re-take control of the narrative, and always define any act of white supremacy as an act of terrorism, while never letting whites, who tend to be magicians with the english language, be able to wiggle their way out of that label.  Those of us who have the correct information can never again allow our enemies to pejoratively use the term terrorist without making them define terrorism, and reminding them of their sordid history of terrorism, in which the system that they enjoy, and use as a weapon against all other people, but especially Black/Afrikan people, was built.
