Tales of Buffoonery: Episode 15(Magic Johnson)

Magic1..

Recently Nike dropped boxer Manny Pacquiao as a spokesman after  making anti-gay remarks.  I’m not the biggest fan of Manny but he has the right to speak his mind. He doesn’t have to support the gay agenda if he doesn’t want to.  On this one issue I do agree with him.  And this fool Magic Johnson lends his support of Nike.Los Angeles Lakers legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson supported Nike’s decision to drop boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao after the Filipino’s derogatory remarks toward gay people.

“I applaud Nike for terminating Manny Pacquiao’s contract after his derogatory statements that gay people are worse than animals,” Johnson posted on Twitter Thursday.

Pacquiao, a devout Christian, caused a stir worldwide for saying that gays and lesbians are worse than animals, a comment which prompted Nike to drop the boxer from its roster of athletes.

Nike launched a Be True campaign in support of gay marriage in the United States.

Johnson added gay people contributed to the more than $300 million in ticket and pay-per-view sales of Pacquiao’s fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. last year.

“Fans of all walks of life including gay fans supported May/Pac fight putting up $100 million in his pocket. I guess to him their money is still green,” Johnson also tweeted.

Johnson, who is a boxing fan, has watched several of Pacquiao’s fights including one of the four against Juan Manuel Marquez and the Mayweather bout, but it’s safe to say he won’t be there in the Filipino’s final against Timothy Bradley.

“I won’t be watching another one of Manny Pacquiao’s fights.

Magic Son

It’s a real shame to see Magic bow down to this sick gay agenda.  I used to love watching him play for the Lakers when I was a kid.  I grew up being a huge Los Angeles  Laker fan.  But it’s obvious that Magic has sold out.  As a kid I always heard rumors of Magic being a homosexual. Of course I was a fan so I refused to believe such claims. But I do remember him kissing his friend Isaiah Thomas each time they played against each other. But looking at this pic of his gay son EJ(above) it makes you wonder.  Like father, like son??

Tales of Buffoonery : Episode 11( Common)

This is a video by Youtuber Mr SuperBoy. He makes some very valid points. Common was really slipping with these statements.

Common

I’ve always like Common as a rapper. He’s never been afraid to speak out on social issues that effect black people. He has always presented himself as a proud black man. And he’s impressed me lately with his acting skills. He’s a pretty talented actor in the films I’ve seen him in. But I think the money and fame has gotten to him. He’s starting to express some  of that “post racial” nonsense. He was on the Daily Show with John Stewart recently. Some of his statements on the show:

If we’ve been bullied, we’ve been beat down and we don’t want it anymore. We are not extending a fist and we are not saying, ‘You did us wrong.’ It’s more like, ‘Hey, I’m extending my hand in love,’” he said to host Jon Stewart. “Let’s forget about the past as much as we can and let’s move from where we are now. How can we help each other? Can you try to help us because we are going to try to help ourselves, too.”

To underscore his resolution, the Chicago native went on to state how focusing on racism from the past is similar to reiterating negative issues within relationships.

“Me as a black man, I’m not sitting there like, ‘Hey, white people, y’all did us wrong.’ We know that existed,” Common said. “I don’t even have to keep bringing that up. It’s like being in a relationship and continuing to bring up the person’s issues. Now I’m saying, ‘Hey, I love you. Let’s move past this. Come on, baby, let’s get past this.’”

Forget the past??? Forget the history of slavery, rape, lynching,Jim Crow?? Is he serious?? I think he’s saying what will make his masters in Hollywood happy. I think these statements are utterly ridiculous. This is what happens when black people who once had revolutionary type of thinking must compromise their belief system. I really liked Common. It pains me to have to put him in the buffoon category. Do you agree? Was Common really out of line with these statements?

Tales of Buffoonery: Episode 10(Raven Symone)

This post has been a long time coming for this woman. I used to watch her on The Cosby Show as a kid. I always thought she was a pretty talented actress. I don’t even care about the fact that she’s a well known lesbian. This post isn’t about her anti-sexual deathstyle…..I mean lifestyle. But apparently as she has gotten older she has not gotten much wiser. Actress Raven Symone has said some pretty ignorant statements the last few years. Last year she said she didn’t want to be considered “black” anymore.  She’s part of this silly nonsense called the “new black”. This is a complete joke in my opinion. It’s just another way for self-hating blacks to distance themselves from anything that has to do with either Africa or blackness in general. Well she has recently opened her big mouth and defended a racist bigot.Raven has a guest host on ABC’s “The View” Monday, the actress weighed in on the controversial comments a TV host made about Michelle Obama’s appearance.During the conversation, Symone seemed to offer a bizarre defense of the now-fired host’s comments.Univision’s Rodner Figueroa was fired last week. for suggesting that the first lady could have been cast in the “Planet of the Apes” franchise.Regular View host Rosie Perez was livid about the remark, calling it undeniably racist. Symone wasn’t convinced.“He did say Michelle Obama looks like a cast member of the ‘Planet of the Apes,’” Perez said emphatically.“But was he saying it ‘racist-like?’” Symoné interjected. “Because [Figueroa] did say he voted for [Michelle] later and I don’t think he was saying it racist.”“Oh please!” Perez fired back. “That’s like saying, ‘I’m not a racist, but I have black friends.”

I have to side with Perez on this one. Raven is a racist bigot’s wet dream! They can say the most degrading, insulting thing about black people and blacks like Raven will come their rescue. She is this new wave of “race apologists”. They are there to make racist bigots feel comfortable in their racism. That was her sole purpose for being on The View. She was there to provide balance. I think this is rap dancing, self hating buffoonery to the highest degree! Do you think I’m overreacting? Do you think this was a stupid comment for her to make? Should black people be defending racists? Let me know your thoughts.
